I've got them since years in my kitchen, just displayed on a shelf with my old cafetieres and torchons, and using them sometimes with nostalgy. Now, it's time to part with them. Gorgeous floral patterns and romantic Marie-Antoinette era characters. In stunning condition. Blue Flow and Copper Plate Transfer Antique Café-Au-Lait Bowls Typical standard of French petit-déjeuner. Here is an amazing set of three café-au-lait bowls à déjeuner in stunning condition. I have had these for years and think it is now time to let them go. They are beautiful and I love the way the pottery feels in your hands– smooth and almost handmade and luxurious. There are 2 that match and 1 extra! The matching 2 are in gorgeous dark blue flow and are a matching pattern. They are done in rose floral and anthacus leaves inside and outside. They are in stunning antique overall condition! No chips or cracks at all! They show stain from wear– always thought this added to the charm of them. They are marked on the bottom“Petrus Regout& Co. MAASTRICHT Made in Holland” There is also a sphinx on bottom too. Generous ... more6” wide and 3” tall. The copper plate bowl is one of my favorites. It is done in greens and oranges. The pattern is very Edwardian with geometric patterns and flowers. The condition is very nice for its age. There are some stains on the inside and a very hairline crack that does not seem to affect the stability at all. This bowl is a little smaller at 5.25” across and 3” tall. It is marked“Made in Germany” with a lion on it. These are an absolute treasure for collectors! Please view photos for more accuracy. There are some chips and wear and discoloration. 3 of the bowls are marked. The large fluted ultramarine bowl is a Sarreguemines and is marked with an impressed 3. It measures 6 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall and other than some dicoloring it is in excellent condition. The next bowl has cobalt blue checks with dots and bars. It is marked but it is sadly illegible. This bowl measures nearly 6 inches wide and 3.25 inches tall with one very small chip on the rim. The bowl with the pale powder blue dimpled band and white fluted base is unmarked. It has 2 small chips on the rim and measures 5.9 inches wide by 3 in tall. The fourth bowl with the stylized cobalt blue rose is a Digoin Sarreguemines measuring 5.5 inches wide and nearly 3 inches tall. There is one chip on the rim. The fifth bowl is a shade of slate blue crossed with periwinkle is not marked and has wear around the rim and a stress crack. It measures 5 inches by 3 inches.
