The base of each andiron has much detail including figural bust. Floral, scroll, classical architectural swag. The rear legs are cast iron. Each with a Pine Cone Finial. The andirons have a Paw Foot. Each andiron measures 19" tall x 9 1/2" wide x 19" deep. One cast iron leg where attached to the brass column base has had some work at some point in time possibly creating a minor crack in the seam and the rear adjusting bolt on each leg has been replaced with older bolts. There is a minor ding in the large ball of each column but otherwise in very good condition and stunningly beautiful. These are in as found condition. Not cleaned, with great patina. Please look at the pics to see the beauty of these andirons. These andirons have an old Livingston Antiques. Charleston SC tag on them. We were told they have been in storage there for many years before coming from a Charleston estate. Antique Vintage Set Cast Iron Owl Fireplace Andirons embossed Eyes Fire Dogs
I just got these today at a 92 year old gentleman's estate sale. I found lots of very early interesting things but no info on them I'm afraid. I can tell you that I looked for a mfg name and found only a mold number of 29 on each andiron. See pic. They measure about 14" tall and 19 1/2" long and I believe they are genuine but you be the judge and if you need additional pics I would be glad to send them. Thanks.

These came straight from an estate of a long time antique hoarder. they are made of cast iron and are 15 1/2 tall and 9 1/2 wide at the legs. because these were found in the barn they have a nice rust colored patina. i did not touch them at all. Beautiful art deco fireplace andirons and fender. Fender measures about 38" x 10" x 7" Andirons are 15" tall. We believe this set to be from the 1930's but may be newer? Metal has scratches and wear consistent with age. Chrome fender pipes are pitted, andirons as well with scratches especially on the bases. Copper or brass is tarnished. Rust to metal legs. Copper parts will polish up nicely. Chrome parts may be polished but imperfections will remain, may need to be rechromed, see pics. This is a really nice set needs a little work.

Vintage set of solid brass andirons circa 1920-40 for small fireplace
Nice older solid brass and irons for a smaller fireplace. Wonderful design with ball finials and curled brass legs. They measure approx. 7 1/4" deep x 10 1/2" high. They could be polished I like them as is. Also a few minor dings and scratches. The bottom of the feet have the old square bolts, one screw was replaced with a Philips head screw.

They measure app. 15 1/2 inches tall by 9 5/8 inches wide at the base by 15 1/2 inches deep. I don't believe the legs are original and one leg is bent as the pictures show. There is also a weld repair on the leg holder of one andiron. The glass eyes are gone.
