The deer heads and base are solid brass and were"antique" finished when I bought them. They can be polished of course but patina gives metal a heritage appearance so I never did. The weight with a sturdy cardboard box for shipping will be around 33 pounds. I cannot list a correct shipping price until I know where they would go and freight is the only sensible way to ship with this weight to consider. If you are seriously interested in buying them- please give me a day or two before bidding ends to check out the price. They measure approximately 12-13" and have some wear, scratches and soot marks, but otherwise we are in good working condition. Please see photos to determine condition for yourself.
