For your consideration a rare pair of nautical andirons; anchor& ship with cast and tooled rustic finish. Early 20th century artisan made. Recent estate purchase. The condition is very good. Very little surface rust. Some grime and maybe traces of black paint. Possibly a blackened finish from the foundry. The log holders are bolted on to the up rights and will ship easy disassembled. They are about 19 inches tall by 10-1/2 wide at the feet and 20-1/2 deep front to back. Each weighs about 11 pounds 10 ounces. A nice looking pair you don't see come around very often.
