It is not"plated" Cast iron or spelter(regule) It is adjustable and will fit from 91cm to 78 cm with a bit of thought. It may go down to about 66cm(please ask for details if you want to use it less than 78cm and I will try to explain the way it would adjust this small) This is priced to start at a low figure.
