Very nice long antique fire side bellows. Coach scene on the front of the bellows. With inscription. The last Halt. very long these bellows are 30 inches long. made up of wood. Leather and brass fittings, nice stud work along the sides. Condition is very good and in working order. It has had some woodworm in the leather in the distant past. But has been treated and the few holes have been filled. I try to mention any defects on the items I sell but can miss things. Bellows are in great working condition. Leather is very soft, pump action works well and blows air as it should. Actual age is unknown to us. Any information will be appreciated. Bellows are 17-1/2" long from tip of brass spout to top of handles and 9" wide at widest point. Total weight is three pounds. Bellows are made of beautiful 3/4" thick solid black walnut lumber same as used for gun stocks. All leather is soft and has no cracks. Both sides of bellows are clear finished. VINTAGE FIREPLACE BELLOWS - WOOD- STAMPED BRASS - LEATHER - FROM AUSTRIA
This is an old fireplace bellows made in Austria that is 6 3/4" wide& about 19" in length. It has stamped raised antiqued decoration as in the pictures that's either brass or copper along with a 3 1/4" brass nozzel& darks colored thumb tacks. The leather is soft with no cracks or holes. Great decorator piece& came from an estate sale.
