This item is an excellent example of a Victorian Door Push. 13 1/2" TALL X 3 1/2 WIDE. Solid and heavy. Looks like a French theme design with a crown on the top. There is two screw holes for mounting which may have been modified as the are not the same size. The bottom made be missing a small detail piece but the hole is filled- see all pictures. antique victorian c1890 architectural pocket door hardware locks plates bronze
set of hardware for a pair of antique pocket doors c. 1885. they are cast bronze. the 4 door plates are marked 6844 on the back. They are 4 3/4" x 2" have a recessed key well. one is slightly bent at the key hole but looks fine. the other pieces are a left& right insert for the doors edge, one is convex& one concave so that they fit together if the door is closed. they are made by norwalk lock co. the black box is just over 5 1/4" x just over 3" the long bronze front piece is 7 5/8" x 1 1/8" very nice set. original old patina remains, i did not polish them. i do not have the key. usa only. paypal. These rather heavy antique solid steel hammered door plates have a very interesting medieval fleur-de-lis style tops and bottoms. They are from new old stock. Very heavy and appears to be brass? Stamped on the back and have had it in my collection for years. Approximately 10-3/4" long and 2/3/4's to 3 inches at widest scroll. Is used and has not been cleaned. Have no idea what I have here but it seems rather special.

Antique Brass Doorknob Back Plate, Door Knob, Half Circle Moon
Brass ornate doorknob plates. All five are identical. They measure 11" long and 5.5" wide. The hole is 2 1/16" diameter. One has a small hole in it from a previous installation(see pic) I do not know the exact age but they were with other door hardware that are antiques. See my other auctions. I'm cleaning out a huge warehouse full of vintage and antique collectibles. While I do know my way around antiques and collectibles. I am not an expert in all things.
