Vtg Set 4 Art Deco Door Plate Skeleton Keyhole Backplates Household Decorative Vintage(not reproduction) set of 4(4) art deco era/style door plate/doorknob backplate(only. No other hardware included) We are unsure of the metal/material, but looks like brass. One is larger, and a little different style but still art deco, than the other three, measuring about 6.75 x 2 and 5.5 between the screwholes at the top and bottom. The other three measure about 6 x 2.25, also with 5.5 inches between the screwholes at top and bottom. Could clean/polish if so desired. Otherwise in our estimation with normal wear as expected for age but in otherwise VG+ condition but please refer to our photos as we are not expert appraisers and consider our images as part of our description/condition. It's in good vintage condition with surface wear and one area of tarnish in the lower left-hand corner of the face. There are no maker’s mark or indication of where or when it was crafted. It measures 7 5/16" tall x 1 13/16” wide and the opening of the neck is 13/16" wide.Please closely examine all accompanying photos to determine condition. Also included… Are 5 vintage skeleton keys and key ring. The key ring is stamped on the fob“ Ceylon thee- C.H. Bohringer” The key ring is made of iron and two of the five skeleton keys are made of brass and measure 2 3/16” long.
