They were made by Yale& Towne circa early 1900s. The pulls have an aged brass finish. The tops and bottoms have a wonderful scroll work pattern with flowers. The rectangular opening has a slight curve at the top and bottom. The pulls measure approximately 8¾" tall by 2¼" wide. The back of each pull is marked with the Yale& Towne logo consisting of the letters Y&T within a cloverleaf which is within a circle. The set is in good+ condition with nice patina. The top of each pull has a slight bend which may have been caused by the the way they were mounted at one time. It should be easy to straighten them if needed for your application. This is for two(2) antique pocket door pull plates. Early 1900's, restored. Ornate and lovely in design. The plate's restoration involved the removal of several layers of paint, light sanding, polishing, and the use of a brass ager to achieve a shade of gray patina. Please note each plate is unique and the patina may differ for each plate. Each door plate contains one keyhole. When laid flat. The plates are level. Condition is excellent. Size of each pull plate: Length 7" x Width 2.25" Ideal for a home restoration. Screws not included.

If you have been looking for a great set of antique pocket door plates/hardware. Look no further; this is the finest set I have come across. Heavy cast bronze or brass with exquisite detail. I will let the pictures speak for themselves, it is too difficult to try to describe all the workmanship that went into the manufacture of this fine hardware. They just don't make them like this anymore. The casting is superb. These measure about 8" long x 2.75" wide at the widest part. 1432 is cast into the obverse with the name Courtray above the maker's mark, RHCo. One plate is keyed, in keeping with the tradition. TWO ORNATE VICTORIAN BRASS POCKET DOOR PLATES. Two old ornate Victorian? brass pocket door plates. At least I believe they are brass, a magnet will not stick to them. They may be Eastlake but I am not that knowledgeable about these things. On the reverse side there is a marking on the longer one is 336, on the short, wider one it is marked TOP Thin and 334 1/2. Onw measures 5" x 2" and the other one 2 1/2" x 4" I do not have a match for either one of these.
