This auction is for a beautiful vintage Lace Boudoir Pillow. The lace top is sewn onto a satin pillow(a few loose stitches on one corner where the lace its attached to the pillow0. There are mauve/pink and blue satin ribbon accents under the lace and pretty satin flower appliques on the top. The center design has a harp. Drum and horn. The scalloped lace around the edge is approx. 6 1/4" wide. The satin pillow is approx. 16" by 12" not counting the 6 1/4" lace edge. It includes a drum by the J CHEIN CO measuring approx 6" diameter. 3 1/2" tall, both cardboard heads good and intact, really, really good paint, some small scratches, minor wear on table contact edges. There is one area of paint, the size of a nickel, that is very faint showing bare metal and is a factory defect. The cymbals are brass and measure 7" across and are real cymbals. This auction is for a set of 3 vintage wind-up clowns. I don't see any date or manufacturer symbol anywhere on the clowns. So I'm unsure when they were made. They have both plastic and metal parts, and they all have identical faces. Each doll is approximately 7" tall, wearing a pair of plaid pants and a green long-sleeve shirt. One of them has a red felt head covering. Overall. The dolls are in good condition. Each of them has some signs of wear in the clothing and a bit of discoloration on their faces, but they are free from major structural damage. All three of them still play, but please note that one of the three(the one wearing the hat) is actually missing his wind-up key. MY MOTHER GAVE ME OVER 20 BOXES OF OLD MOSTLY VINTAGE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY GLASS ORNAMENTS TO SELL. SOME OF THEM MAY BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES BUT I DO NOT KNOW. I AM SELLING THEM AS SHE GAVE THEM TO ME. MOTHER& DADDY HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 56 YEARS SO YOU CAN JUDGE THE AGE. THEY LIKED OLD THINGS EVEN WHEN THEY WERE YOUNG. MANY OF HER ORNAMENTS WERE JUST WRAPPED IN TISSUE. SHE WENT TO A CHRISTMAS SHOP AND GOT SOME EMPTY ORNAMENT BOXES AND PUT SOME OF THEM IN FOR MORE PROTECTION. I AM SO LUCKY- MOTHER JUST GAVE ME FIVE MORE LARGE BOXES OF OLD AND NEW CHRISTMAS THINGS. 2 VINTAGE ANTIQUE COLONIAL FIGURINE LAMPS WITH MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS- GUC 2 Vintage. Antique Colonial Period Figurine Lamps with Musical Instruments 12" Lamps These two lamps feature a Colonial Period couple with musical instruments. The woman has blue eyes and red lips under gray wig/hair. She is wearing a white frock with gray. Black, and gold designs. She is holding a small harp-like musical instrument. The man has blue eyes and red lips under blond hairand black hat. His white jacket and pink knee length leggings have black designs. He is also wearing white stockings and black shoes. A golden ruffle is at his neckline. He is holding a black French Horn-like instrument. Both lamps are in good used condition. With a few issues: Overall fine crazing; man's black hat has a few spots of paint missing. Woman has one rough spot on curl ... moreof hair. Set of 5 Antique Japan Vintage Japanese Dolls with Musical Instruments
This is a set of five dolls from Japan. Each is beautifully dressed in gold and salmon red kimonos. I believe their faces are ceramic and finely painted. They are in very clean condition. Some are holding musical instruments. They var in size. But on average they are 3-4" tall and wide. I am not sure of their age, but I'm guessing early 1900s. A lovely set of dolls.
