German violin (1/2) violon geige fiddle
I am offering this 1/2 sized violin for sale. I know nothing of its history but it is a German factory-made Helmke violin in like new condition. It has been upgraded with a Wittner tailpiece and good strings. It is lined and blocked in all 4 corners and produces good tone. There are no cracks. Separations, loose joints of any kind, not even scratching from the fine tuners. It comes with a backpack-style case, shoulder rest, and a newer octagonal A. Breton bow with good hair and no warping that is a step up from the beginner level. I do not believe it to be older than a decade or so. This instrument is set up and ready to go for a beginning student aged 7-9.

I have for sale a wonderful 3/4 sized JTL violin marked Medio Fino. Medio Fino were student grade instruments manufactured in France from the turn of the century through the 1930's. This violin is lined and blocked in all 4 corners and has accurately inlaid purfling. It is set up with caspari pegs. A new set of Dominant strings. The body is sound, there are no cracks, separations, or unusual warpings that I can see. It is in surprisingly good condition for its age. It is set up and ready to go! T his beautiful violin shows no open cracks or open seams. And surely some marks in it´s old amber varnish due to its age. The table is finely grained spruce and the 1-piece back. As well as ribs and neck, is nicely flamed maple. The violin has been completely revised by our luthier. Fingerboard. Pegs, chinrest and tailpiece are ebony. It received new pegs.
