Antique Perko Ships Light Up for sale is the light housing seen in the photos. This is a very rare model. The glass is not there. I bought it and the glass was missing. I took pictures of the inside to show what is there, it looks like it is pretty empty. This would be the perfect restoration project either to original condition or make it an electric piece. With the handle raised as seen in the first photo the piece is 18 inches tall. I am assuming it is brass, it is non magnetic and it looks more like brass than copper to me. Perko bow light off antique Chris Craft. Most likely 1940's or 1950's. Screw on design(no guts or bulbs) Green and red lenses are in perfect condition, chrome is a 7 out of 10(looks much better than in photos) Only a perfectionist would re-chrome this light. There is a 2mm x 4mm flake of chrome missing at very bottom of fin. Just needs a little polish, but in good to very-good condition. 2.5" diameter + 1" fin; 3.25" tall. Aspect is 33% chrome(front) 33% red lens and 33% green lens. Fin extends out from back-side. PERKO logo and imprint are completely legible and perfect. Made in Brooklyn, NY.

Here's a great old Dietz marine lantern in excellent condition. See Condition. From my research I believe it's circa 1917-1918. It's a dark lantern. With a brass sheath that pulls up to protect the glass. The sheath has numerous cracks around it(as most do) and is difficult to push back down(thus, no photos of it) Size is 11 1/4" tall x about 6 3/4" across the bottom. Aside from a few minor dings I can't find any fault with this lantern. If you know old lanterns, you'll most likely conclude, as I did, that it has much less wear than one would expect. Antique Warner-Patterson Company Nautical Search Light
This Antique Warner-Patterson Nautical Search Light is in very good condition. The large hinge that opens and closes the lens cover works fine. This search light and lens is in original condition. It has not been re-finished and retains it's original patina. It is safe to assume that it was in water a lot. Warner-Patterson made this thick glass lens in 1916 when it was first produced. I estimate it's age including the metal cover to be 1916 through the 1920s. It does not contain the original light. Which was replaced by a more modern red light bulb. The wiring from the light bulb to plug looks like it is from the 1950s era from the shape of the plug. The metal is attracted to a magnet. After it is plugged in you can open the cover and turn the light on if you like. Do not close the lens cover too tightly or it will be difficult to ... moreopen again. An antique nautical light acquired at an industrial salvage auction. There is no identifying information and I don't know what type of metal this is. It is covered with green verdigris except for the bottom edge which has been painted white. There is just a tiny bit of surface rust. Hardly worth mentioning, here and there, except for the cage which is completely rusted and broken. There is a porcelain bulb receptacle and the lens/shade is beautiful and made of thick ridged glass. We are offering for your consideration a large antique ships lantern manufactured by A WARD HENDRICKSOM& CO. of Brooklyn NY. The lens is a beautiful cobalt blue. The lantern is large. 16 inches tall 10.5 inches deep and is 13 inches wide including the holders for the rope handle. The lid is solid brass and screws on and off well. The body of the lantern is hand soldered throughout, galvanized tin. It has been painted a bronze color a long time ago; it may well be original to the lantern. It is quite heavy weighing a little over 16 pounds. It has been electrified at one time and it does light well. There is one very small chip in the lens about 1/4 inch square.

Cast brass F H Lovell ships light Chas Cory & Son Clear Globe Vintage Antique
I put a cord on this and it tested fine. The Chas Cory globe is very old. There are bubbles and distortions in the glass. It's a work of art in my eyes. The globe was washed in soapy water. It came out very nice. The brass was cleaned with a rag but not polished. Put this on a base and you will have a fine desk lamp. The possibility's are endless for this light fixture. It has the look it just needs a new home.

Antique American Naval KEROSENE SEARCH LIGHT Red Green Glass Jewels Silver Plate

We offer you this Nautical Gem, an Original Antique American 19th century to World War 1/ WWI US Naval Kerosene Search Light, in near mint condition(see condition description) As found condition, comming with other military lots we have listed up for Penny Auctions right now. This type of search light was used by all branches of Navy, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine. Impressive specimen, this one guarantees it was made for a more important/ wealthy clientelle. Equiped with all original pieces, dissasembles as you can see in the last set of photos. Canister on bottom unscrews, so does the top, and the very top(reticulated mushroom ... morevent cap) The gmagnifying glass in the front is present, and nice, held in by the"scissor" mechanisam safety(round) wire, which comes out the side, end by squeezing them together, realeases the glass. On two sides of the glass are two magnificent large jewels, one Green and one Red, signifying the traditional"Starboard" and"Port" side. Below the head of the lamp is a lever which could go three ways, as the signes say to"off" to the left, water" in the middle and"on" to the right. Lever moves like a charm, and it has a saw bracket above, to hold it in place at desired strength. Below the lever is the Mounting Clamp going outward on a slight angle, which is made of different much stronger metal, and displays different aging(slight rust) Bottom canister is fine, unscrews like a charm. Size is large 7.75" tall, 5.5" deep with the clamp, 3" deep without and 3.5" wide. Glass rim is 3.5" and glass is 2.5" diameter. Vintage Alderson& Gyde Anchor Ship Light. This vintage Alderson& Gyde ship light stands about 19 inches tall with the bail down. 21 inches tall with the bail up and a full 8 inches in diameter. The oil lamp( missing) twists out at the bottom to service and fill the oil burner. These lamps were burned when a ship was anchored to inform all of the other vessels of its position or stationary. Condition: Good for its age- Has rust- Top slightly dented down.

Antique Vintage Spot Search Signal Light World War I Era. Handheld Semaphore This spot light is from the estate of a collector of military signal. Semaphore and search lights. We plugged it in and as you can see from the photos it works and is very bright. The bulbs are 12v bayonet style which can still be found at radio shack and automotive stores. The transformer converts 110v AC to 12v DC and has a North American style electricity outlet plug. The lamp has a site tube along the top for aiming the signal light. It also has a cover on a hinge which snaps shut for semaphore signaling or covering the light emitted. The electric cord is brown cloth covered and original. The transformer is mounted midway along the cord and is very interestingly made of diode plates covered in a tin case with a wooden base. The paint on the lamp is original and ... morecolored military olive brown. There are no dates or maker's marks on the lamp or transformer. They certainly don't make them like this anymore. Antique Copper & Brass Ship Lantern / Signal Light Lamp J.Vogels - Boon
For your consideration. A J.Vogels-Boon Fabricants copper and brass ships signal lamp with a Fresnel lens, and original oil burner. This is a rare beauty in both availability and condition. The lamp measures 18 tall to the top of the handle, and 10 inches deep to the back of the handle. The signal lamp operates by depressing the side lever to open the inside brass door in front of the oil lamp, emiting a brief burst of light to the next ship. The door mechanism does need some adjustment to make it operate smoothly, and the oil lamp is missing a glass chimney. Please look at all 12 pictures carefully and ask any questions before bidding. Perko Brass Vintage Antique masthead dry battery cell light
Rare Antique Perko all brass anchor light/masthead powered by dry cell battery. Made by the Perkins Marine Lamp& Hardware Corporation This item was listed in the 1939 Catalog but not the 1934. according to a person on Ebay that sent me a message about it. Also he said he has not seen one on Ebay for the last 4 years. I cannot find another one of these on the internet or Ebay. Perfect mint condition. but missing wire handle. This item is 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide. My understanding of this rare piece was to take it aloft and place on mast during anchor at night. Constructed of all cast brass. These is a vintage light that we recovered from the Great Lakes Region. This light has four mount holes, two on each end of the light. You will need a mounting surface no smaller than 2 1/2 X 9 1/2 inches. To access the bulb, you spin free the two wing nuts and the cage and glass come off as one piece. This is a VERY COOL old lamp. It was found at a local estate sale in which the family had no desire to go through the decades and decades of possessions. The family opened the house to customers who were allowed to dig through the house as it sat. We found this in the back of a crawl space attic in a very old box. Here is a very old QUALITY made BRASS/ BRONZE? NAUTICAL SHIP LIGHT. This ANTIQUE NAVIGATION light has a 6 1/2 inch base across and is about 5 1/2 inches tall. This light has really nice AGED PATINA and is a GREAT SHOW DISPLAY PIECE. there ARE 5 base bolts with this light. There are no interior parts. The glass shows on only 1/2 side of the light which was probably for a forward facing deck light. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS FROM A SHIP MAST? There are no makers marks. Very HEAVY about 7 lbs. The glass has a couple of flake specs see photo3 that are normal for a light this age. There is not cracks that go through only the flakes. This is a great nautical ANTIQUE FROM A TIME GONE BY. It is copper, and is 10" down each side, 11" across the back, and about 10" tall, not including carrying handle. Has a glass insert red on one side, and green on the other, top finial is gone, and top vent has some cracks in it so handle should not be used to carry or hang. Antique boat running light on aluminum base up for bid. This light needs re-chromed as it has some surface problems but the two light lens are in tact with no chipping. No sure what brand this old light is or how old it is. Anyone restoring a vintage to antique boat probably will know. The bracket screws are rusted so I can't get them off otherwise I would of shown a picture from underside. The light itself is about 8 to 8 1/2" front to back and 3 3/8" wide.
