ANTIQUE MARINE NAUTICAL BRASS BINNACLE KEROSENE LAMP LIGHT- This used vintage binnacle lamp probably dates to around the mid to late 1800's. It measures 4 and 1/2" high. And the base measures 2 1/8" wide. There are 2 small dents in the top dome, which can be popped out should you decide to do so(I will leave that up to the successful bidder) The burner has a wick and the wick turner works most of the time(a couple of times when I tried it it did not work but that may be due to the wick being so old. It is in good condition,with no holes.This is a great, old marine light. I could not find any makers mark. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 5 DAY AUCTION. Up for auction is a antique bow light. I am unsure what boat this was off of but it was definitely removed from a boat here on long island. It appears to have a brass body and blue/ red glass. It does come with a wooden mount. The only issue with this light is it is chipped in the blue portion of the glass. Other then that it appears to be in nice shape. Antique Vintage Boat Nautical Marine Oil lamps Port Starboard Green Red Ship
Up for auction are two antique nautical port/ starboard oil lamps. I have yet to see a pair exactly like this with smooth glass. Unfortunately i do not see any markings on them. The body's of the lamp appear to be galvanized but i could be wrong. The lenses of these lamps are in very nice shape with no visable cracks. One is green and one is red. These lamps appear complete minus the one is missing a part out of the bottom as seen in the picture. The only other issue is that the top of the one lamp has a dent and the top has some minor damage. Other then that they would make a great display piece. These are being sold as is. The glass is perfect. The housings themselves appear to maybe have been repainted black at some point. The fuel tanks are missing, as you can see they are basically just the housings. We shone a flashlight underneath them to show how lovely and rich the blue and red lenses glow. Nice for a restoration project, or even just for nautical décor. Their are metal name tags on each one indicating their use. Serial number and etc. which verfies its authencity. They both have light sockets mounted ... morein the upper and lower chambers of the lanterns which make these beautiful lanterns usable. See the pictures for an example of this. The other lantern has an upper and lower chamber with clear lenses with light sockets installed in both chambers as well and this one according to its name plate is the Stern light. You can use these inside as lamps or outside as lamps since they are airtight. They are over just 18 inches tall and almost 10 inches wide. Everything on these two unique and extremely rare lanterns are operatable. Every screw and bolt does what it should. The white stuff you see in the pictures is, I'm guessing is someone at one time, tried to use brass cleaner and did a bad job. I would personally leave them the way they are, but if you want to clean them up, they should shine like the sun. In order to use them. All you will have to do is add light bulbs and a power cord to the fixtures. It's easy, I gave you a demonstration in the pictures. Here is a Large 8 inch tall RED LENSE REAL GLASS marked Corning on glass Nautical SHIP. DOCK, or PIER Nautical Light. This 8 inch tall lamp has a 3 1/2 inch tall RED glass bezile lense, There are only a couple of specs on the glass that appears to be in very good condition NO CRACKS. The base is 6 inches across and the light is very heavy duty. Not sure if it is military as it appears to be somewhat grey in coloring. There is a number 9-S 4473-L in raised lettering on top. There is a 64 inch heavy duty cord with some type of plug in socket end see photo 5. Not sure if from a ship, dock or pier. Not sure if it works or what type of power supply it used. Suppose it could be rewired. REALLY NICE CONDITION VINTAGE NAUTICAL PIECE. Not sure if it could have been from the RAILROAD? Antique Nautical Maritime Brass Ship Cargo Kerosene Lamp Lantern Vintage Heavy
This lantern is approximately 5.5" x 5.5" x 14.5" and weighs almost 6 lbs. All glass in intact with no cracks. It has a wedge burner. I have not tried to use it. It has been used in the past as there is soot at the top. Please see pictures for further condition. It appears shinier in the pictures than it really is. I have not cleaned it or polished it.

The older piece has very heavy obvious use wear throughout metal is smooth no ridges left. Both have wear are dirty and tarnished throughout. Both weigh 1 pound 14 ounces each so a good copy I would say. Could also be 2nd piece was handled less but my though its a copy. The bases are exact underneath so maybe just a replaced ball and stem holder.

Antique Brass Nautical Ship's Lantern with Vintage Patina
Lamps are. For the most part, boring creatures. They are quite useful for reassuring yourself that there are, in fact, no murderous clowns hidden in your guest room, but when it comes to design, your standard, run of the mill lamp can be a bit yawn-inducing. Luckily, there are enterprising people out there that like to make lamps out of awesome things, hence how this Ship's Lamp was born. I am unsure whether this was once oil-burning, but regardless, electric is where it's at right now, due to the fact that we have it, however, once the zombie apocalypse happens, this lovely artifact will be rendered useless. This lens is 3 1/4" in diameter on the bottom~~the inside diameter on the bottom is 2 1/2"~~the height is 3 1/2" This glass has survived quite well for it's age. The are no chips. Cracks or scratches. There are 2 chips on the flange which will never be seen. When this piece of glass was made, some specs were incorporated in the molten glass and those are the spots you see in my pics. I have no concept what this lens was used for. The top features a pierced"lighthouse" shaped vent. The glass is green. Ribbed and convex shaped. There are bars in front of the glass. The"door" to the interior has a bolt action slide. The interior still has the oil and wick original lighting mechanism. The front plate holding the door is bolted on. There is a Perko brass tag stating"Known the World Over" +"Perko" +"P.M.L.Co Bklyn, NY" This lamp was probably originally galvanized to prevent corrosion. This light was converted to an indoor display light but it still has the original three sockets if someone wants to return it to its original use as a nautical light. Either way this nautical light will display well. New/Used: Used. Approximate Dimensions in Inches- Length: 10” Diameter: 5 ½” Condition: Very good. The previous owner converted it to an indoor display light. The only two things we did were clean/inspect the glass lens and replacing the light cord. Which was defective. There is some corrosion and oxidation on the original three light sockets. The lens is intact with the exception of a crack near the new light bulb that was added. This crack is not that noticeable and can only ... morebe seen when the light is on. It does not appear to go all the way through the glass because you can’t feel it with your fingernail on either the inside or outside. Please see the last picture depicting this flaw. This light may have other minor imperfections consistent with use and age. Complete with an Inner Brass Oil Kerosene Lantern Burner It has a Wide Hanging Handle, Punched Vents. It is in Good-very good Vintage Condition, There is expected tarnish/patina present There is a small non sharp chip on the top door glass within the beveling. Ther door hinge is a little warped but it closes and latches ok measurement are: 13-1/2"tall including the handle. Approximately 4" wide across the lantern body, 5-1/4"wide across glass pane's x 51/4" wide across bottom. The oil container unscrews for filling, there is an unused wick inside the oil container. Vintage Ship's Nautical Light ANTIQUE BRONZE/BRASS Ship light Stern? PERKO?
Here is a very old QUALITY made BRASS/ BRONZE? NAUTICAL SHIP LIGHT. This ANTIQUE NAVIGATION light has a 6 1/2 inch base across and is about 5 1/2 inches tall. This light has really nice AGED PATINA and is a GREAT SHOW DISPLAY PIECE. there ARE 5 base bolts with this light. There are no interior parts. The glass shows on only 1/2 side of the light which was probably for a forward facing deck light. I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS FROM A SHIP MAST? There are no makers marks. Very HEAVY about 7 lbs. The glass has a couple of flake specs see photo3 that are normal for a light this age. There is not cracks that go through only the flakes. This is a great nautical ANTIQUE FROM A TIME GONE BY.
