This listing is for an UNUSUAL ANTIQUE PERKO NAUTICAL MARINE SHIP BOW LANTERN WITH BLUE AND RED Globes. I cannot find any markings but most of these were made by the famous Perko Marine Lantern Company of Brooklyn. New York. This handsome old lamp has a brass top with ring. Two separate red and blue GLOBES with divider, and a hanger on the back. It is about 10" tall to the top of hanger and 8" wide at the divider. This would be a great addition to any lantern collection. Decor or it would make a TERRIFIC gift. Old Hawaii Maritime Large Harbor Dock Buoy Red Light Beacon Lantern
Aloha. I have a very large dock buoy light. It is made out of heavy duty plastic material. Weight is about 6 1/2 pounds and with the packing material and box that should add on about 2 1/2 pounds. The plastic lens is heavy duty and made to withstand severe weather. The switch that was initially there was never used because the unit was hard wired. The wires were old and I had to go inside and reconnect them. I hooked it up to my truck battery and the light went on and the motor clicked forward but I am sure it needs more power than a regular car battery. THe housing is some type of composite plastic material. Very well made. I got it from someone who said it was from Hawaii but I am not sure what part of Honolulu Harbor. So I have this light working greenish blue harbor dock light for sale AS IS. Up for sale is a very old Nautical Maritime Navigation Brass PORT Lantern/Light. Let me start by saying I do not know what I have here; it is old. Weathered and has some rust and oxidizing on the lantern. The top hanging part is loose as screws not secure in the back of it. I believe it is copper and or brass. I do not see any name on the lantern. There are no dents on the lantern. Front screw opening. The front has the word PORT. The light is heavy red glass. Not plastic. There is no interior piece that lights the lantern. The glass has come loose and the metal frame has separated in the corner but all of this can be fixed. Could use a cleaning/polishing. For its age. It is in very good condition. Approx. measurements: 13” tall(ring for hanging is 3” which is not included in the height measurement of 13” Each side width is 6” small top that ... moreopens is 3” tall Front: 11 1/2” around the front just below the top that opens. Very Nice Wilcox& Crittenden Co. Ships Red"Port" Lantern. Middletown. Conn. USA on Brass Tag. Great Patina! This lantern has no Burner. But is in Excellent Condition. I'M not sure how the burner was installed. As this does not open from front or have clips like others I've seen. No Chips in glass that I can see, No holes in metal, Minor bend on left front corner. I figure someone out there will know about this one. So I am starting at a low bid& Low Shipping in hopes it finds the right home and match! Please see all Pictures.this is a very nice lamp! Large Nautical Stern / Bow Lantern / Light. Blue / Red Navigation
Beautiful large Bow/ Stern lantern- light. 11.5" long4 1/4" wide Height 3 3/4" Stamped inside it says AC 9000-1 Pat Pend also a watch dial with the numbers 12- 3- 6 and 9 highlighted! It weigh over 4 pounds and it is very solid. The chrome is in very good condition and I would not re chrome at this point. Some very light pitting! The lenses are plastic in excellent condition! Not sure if this came off a Riva. Chris Craft, Higgins, Garwood etc! Thank you for looking!

The lantern comes AS IS and as shown. It is literally a barn find! It was found in an old barn in Dover FL. that the wife and I picked with the permission of the owners. This piece is rusty and old and we call that rusty gold. The red glass lens is CRACKED IN HALF and CHIPED as shown. There are chips inside from the lens. This would make a grate decorator or shelf piece. I am not sure the exact usage this had when new but I believe it to possibly be a buoy marker light or the light off of a large ship. There is no electrical parts in side. There is a mounting bracket on the bottom and there is conduit to allow wiring up the ... morecenter. It is 11" tall. 10" deep and 8" wide with a rusty steel case. The cracked lens will be taped with painters tape to insure no further damage occurs in shipping.
