In a 1950's ... morebrochure, this design is#150 and called Blooming Tulip. The Moonglo finish is matte white. In some light, you can see undertones of very pale pink in places on the pot, especially on one leaf and the tops of the leaves. It has no cracks or crazing. There is one tiny chip on the edge of the base about 1/16" around. The interior has gray marks caused by whatever was put inside. The pot is marked with the Van Briggle mark and the incised#27. There is a blue painted or stamped"5" mark which was used by the glazer in the 1940s to 1960s. Please ask any questions you have and thanks for looking.

It was located in the north east of France. They made soft paste porcelain in the SEVRES style from 1815 to 1877. This beautiful antique jardiniere features not only and ART NOUVEAU theme. But also an ART NOUVEAU shape! The mouth to this jardiniere fans out like a flower and the two handles become flowers. It has a pierced rim in the front and back. It has a deep purple to a lilac purple background which features white. ... morePurple, green and yellow flowers with green leaves on both the front and back with gold highlights. This is a very imposing piece in size as it measures 11 INCHES TALL and 15 INCHES WIDE. The foot measures 7.5 INCHES WIDE by 5.5 INCHES front to back. Vintage Ornate Brass Plant Stand / 4 Plant Holders; 47 1/2 " H; Adjustible; VGC
This is an ornate Victorian style brass four(4) plant/pot holder plant stand. I am not sure of the origin but it is of good quality and workmanship. It probably dates from c. 1950's-1960's. There are no maker's marks or numbers on it. Three of the plant/pot holders are adjustable so that they can be positioned at different heights on the center column(please see picture 9 for a view of one of the adjustment knobs) The top plant/pot holder is stationary. The entire stand and holders can easily be disassembled for movement and shipping purposes. It can then easily be reassembled. The base is also ornate with Victorian style design and feet(see pictures 4.5 and 8) The stand is solid and sturdy. The piece weighs about thirteen(13) lbs. Description Vintage Stamped 7664 GERMANY Cherub Musicans Porcelain Flower Ring Set 7 pcs Probably from the early 1900's. Stamped Germany in green and each piece is numbered 7664. Two Cherub musicans playing the cello. And the other a flute. I don't see any damage. On the planter each curved side measures 7" end of curve to end of curve across. 1.25" tall by 1.25' wide. Each cherub measures 5.25" tall. One teeny tiny little nick on the underside of one of the curves of the planter on the inside curve. And on one of the straight middle pieces as pictured.very tiny. The measurement of the entire piece set up is 14" long by 10" wide. Of course you can space out the planter to any size which is so much fun. Now one may ask what does one put in this planter. We'll I have seen tiny little peonies. And miniature ... moreflower look so darling. Or someone with decorative flair can put in some of that floral foam and do a nice little victorian dry flower display. This is a rare piece. Hard to find in such lovely condition. This Limoges Cache Pot was given to me about 25 years ago by a 98 year old lady. I do not know any more about it's age. There are no cracks nor chips. ANTIQUE OTT & BREWER ETRURIA POTTERY JARDINIERE PLANTER
Up for auction is what I have identified by the mark on the bottom. Is an Ott& Brewer Etruria Pottery of Trenton, NJ Jardiniere Planter. This jardiniere is in excellent condition. It has a green transferware pattern all the way around with a very intricate floral design. It has embossed bands of leaves and has two embossed marblized bands in a brown shade separating the floral design. It has minor gold wear- nothing distracting. It is clean, with some glaze pops inside. Marked on the bottom Etruria in red over glaze with a 2921 gold decorators mark. It measures 11" handle to handle and stands approximately 8 3/8" tall. The Staffordshire of America" In 1852. Two immigrants from Staffordshire founded the Trenton's first industrial pottery, Taylor and Speeler on Mill Hill. In 1872, Thomas Maddock first successfully manufactured ... moreglazed earthenware here.
