This is a signed. Peter Pots plate from I believe the late 50's-early 60's. I can't pinpoint the date, but that's pretty close. It is in beautiful condition, and is roughly the size of a salad plate, but I always either had it on display or served fancy little canapés from it. It is stunning how he made the colors transition from mahogany glossed brown, to the palest robins egg blue. The photos don't do it justice, for sure. Only flaw is not a chip, simply a teeny bubble pop from firing(see close up photo) it is truly tiny. Lot of 10 Antique Ceramic Ink Well Pots Stands Old European School Inkwells Lot
Lot of ten old ceramic ink wells from old Europe. Most likely 1800's. These were originally purchased at a Paris flea market as a lot. Most are in excellent antique condition. Some small glaze faults. Discoloration, and slight crazing due to age. Some pieces look almost unused whilst others show their age. Two pots have damage; one with a good sized chip under lip. And one was broken and repaired, but is included in the lot as a kind. The last three photos are of the 2 pots in question. Hole size and design varies. Some bases have a small star within a circle impressed upon them. Some bases are plain and unglazed. Please see pictures for specific detail. New. Set of 4 ceramic mushrooms. These are very well made and the top of the mushrooms is glazed. This set has two of the light orange colored with white tops, one of the green with a light green top and one rust colored with brownish spots. The bottoms are 13" tall and one end is pointed and one end is open. If you put the top on the pointed end, when the wind blows they will tinkle a little, if you put the open end up they stay steady. The top part of the mushroom is 5" tall and 3" at the bottom This are very well made. Not cheapies. I have some I have had outside in the weather for 5 years and they still look great.
