Albion Antiek Antique Creamware Pottery English Georgian 1820-30 Clews Baskets& Liners This listing is for a beautiful pair of antique Staffordshire creamware pottery baskets with their under plates. These were made in Staffordshire(England) by Ralph& James Clews between 1820-30. The shape of these is rather striking and very unusual with their angular appearance and I love the floral relief decoration on these! The under trays measure approx. 9-1/2" long(24.3 cm) and 7-1/2" wide(19.2 cm) The baskets measure approx. 10-1/4" long(26 cm. Handle to handle) 6-3/8" wide(16.2 cm) and 3-7/8" high(9.7 cm) There is some wear from age and use. Also a few small chips(most noticeably on one corner of a basket) and a bit of dust in the glaze and one of the trays is a bit warped(see close-up pictures for all the flaws and ... moreirregularites) The good news is that there are no cracks or hairlines and there have been no repairs or restoration. Vintage Antique Yellow Fluted Ribbed Planter 7" diameter 6 1/4" tall
Up for sale is a vintage antique yellow ribbed or fluted yellow pottery planter or small jardiniere measuring 6 1/4" tall with a 7" top diameter. It was recently found in a suburban Philadelphia. PA area and is a fantastic color, highly desireable. Many pots like this were made in the central Ohio, Zaneville area some time in the 1930's and 40's. It is a classic style. I have had different sizes of similar pieces in the past. All are of lasting quality. This is found in good used condition with the only condition issue that we see is a very minor glaze loss chip on the bottom base, there is crazing throughout and for some reason there is a green spot in the bottom inside(photo 3) probably a glazing spill. This color would add beauty to any porch or indoor plant area. Very beautiful indeed this planter. On the front of the Sevres Planter there is a portrait of a young couple in love. On the opposite side is a beautiful landscape of a river with trees all around. The entire piece is hand painted and hand done. The age of the planter is late 19th Century. The exact measurments of the piece is 10 3/8 inches tall. The top circumference is about 12 inches and the bottom base circumference is a little bit bigger then 9 inches. The planter is in excellent condition. Up for sale is a beautiful vintage ERPHILA Czechoslovakian porcelain pottery figurine planter of a woman in an elegant tiered ruffled 19th century dress and bonnet. Her face. Skin and brooch are hand painted. She's approx. 9.5" tall and she's 5" in diameter on the bottom of her skirt. Photo#3 shows a chip in the glaze on the back edge of the basket she's holding. This spot would be covered up by just about any plant you put in the planter. Otherwise the piece is in very nice condition with no other flaws to report. I purchased this at auction and am uncertain of its age but believe it to be several decades old. Antique Limoges Jardiniere Planter RARE Flow Blue Under Glaze Design 1880's
This is a magnificent and rare piece of flow blue Limoges. This huge jardiniere was made by the William Guerin Co. in the late 1880's. It features a gorgeous design of poppy flowers and leaves that have been painted in the blue Sevres style under the glaze. This technique allowed the blue to flow with soft edges when it was fired. Creating a soft and beautiful image. This is a very large piece painted in this style and extremely rare. I have not been able to find another like it. It is in very fine condition with the exception of gold loss around the rim of the mouth opening. Because these pieces were used to hold floral displays and live plants, this is considered normal ware. There are no chips, cracks or hairlines, and the glaze is in very fine condition.The circumfrence is 42" at the widest part. It stands 9 1/2" high, 10" ... moreacross the mouth, and 7" across the base. This piece was not signed by the artist, but they did leave their ghostly finger prints under the glaze as shown in picture#6. The bottom is marked with the green under glaze WG&Co stamp used before 1891. This large jardiniere displays beautifully and works well with other flow blue pieces as shown. Victorian Ceramic Jardiniere Planter Applied Gold Gilding Birds and Branches
You are bidding on a footed ceramic jardiniere or planter dating from the Victorian Era circa 1880. Thick gold leafing or gilding has been applied on a forest green ground with birds and branches that have been incised with fine details. The piece stands 9" tall and it's 9 1/2" wide at the rim. There is no makers mark or impressed marks. As shown in our pictures. There is some crazing throughout inside the planter that does not go through the heavy glazing. There is a light crack at the rim. The condition of the gold gilding on the birds and branches is good. The painted gold on the feet, handles and rim is worn. The green ground is not applied evenly and has a few lighter spots, it also overlaps the gold on one of the feet. It still remains a nice unusual planter that displays very very well! Antique German Porcelain Dresden Piano Baby Boy Figurine Figural Vase Planter
This is a beautiful high quality vase which has a Piano Baby Boy Doll figurine attached to the front of a basket. He is holding a bouquet of porcelain flowers in his hand and there are also porcelain flowers on each side of the front of the basket. Unmarked except for an inscribed 13 on the base. But from the quality of this piece I believe him to be French or German made. Approximately 5 1/4 inches tall. 3 1/2 inches wide, and 4 3/4 inches deep. In excellent condition the only problem I could find is a small chip to the very edge of the corner on the top right side of the basket. And his right pinky finger is also chipped. But this was in my grandmother's house since at least the early 1950's and was probably there for at least 20 years before that. The seam on the bottle ends below the lip. There is a musical scale embossed on one side. No manufacturer's markings. EX condition. Needs a little cleaning, a little rust on the wire holder. No chips or cracks. Adorable little baby planter from the 1950s with gently feathered Mamie Pink highlights. It is bright and shiny with no signs of wear. No scratches, cracks, chips or manufacturers bubbles. It measures a little over 4" tall by 5" long by a little over 3" wide. Very very cute, great item for baby shower table decor or flowers for that special new mom.

Porcelain Plaster Ceramic Bouquet of Flowers in Basket Planter
This is an adorable ceramic/plaster bouquet of flowers. The purple. Green, yellow and white colors are fabulous. It is quite heavy for such a small piece. It measures approximately 5 ½” tall and 14” around the bouquet. There are 2 flaws with this piece and I tried to capture them in my photos. The first issue is a brown spot on the side of the vase. Which I tried to wipe away to no avail. I did not use cleanser on it. As I did not want to ruin the piece. The second flaw is on top of the handle– a ¼” piece of the ceramic ribbon has been broken. I have no idea where the brown spots came from. Nor do I know how to remove them. My family member must have had this stored against something brown and it rubbed color onto the plaster/ceramic. I’m sure some white paint will fix the issue. It is still a beautiful piece and the flowers and ... moreleaves have amazing detail! I apologize if my pictures are blurry.
