It is stamped on bottom with black number and we think it is early Stafffordshire. Maybe earlier than 1900. In pristine condition, no chips, flakes or discoloration of the colors. Minimal crazing commensurate with age and perhaps some flaking of the black glaze of her left shoe. Not sure, consult pictures please. Just stunning. approx 4.5" tall and 5.5" wide. Her signature is on the bottom. Made in her Hollywood. California studio, Hedi Schoop Art Creations. This piece is in good condition considering it was thoughtfully created and signed by it's creator nearly 80 years ago! Atop the bird figurine's head is a small planting well. The body is a great size for a small succulent garden or single plant. It is hard to believe that someone would use this as anything but an art piece! The finish is glossy.
