Antique large primitive store counter candy jar. It has a slant front and rounded back end. Sides. Top, and bottom have flat stops. It is 11" deep x 7-1/2" tall x 6" wide. It has many inperfections in the glass, ie, bubbles, wavy stops as old glass often has. It is a heavy thick glass. The rubber gasket to the lid is gone, if it ever had one. It is in very good antique condition no cracks, or chips that I could see, but there is some use rubbing and scratches which only add to its character. It is approximately 8' 2" tall by 6' 2" inches wide and 2' deep at the deepest point This is from rural Oklahoma town and clearly dates from the turn of the twentieth century It is in excellent condition for its age. All the glass on the doors and sides are original and seeded. The glass shelf mid-way has been replaced. There are no chips or cracks on this piece.This is an amazing piece of Americana that you rarely have the opportunity to buy. The wood is in very good condition FOR ITS AGE. I have a total of 5 sections that came from the same general drugstore. But this is the only slant front. I am including pictures of the other four and would love to sell all five together. Beautiful. Antique, as-is retail display cabinet. We believe that the frame is made out of mahogany. The front is slanted glass and one side is glass. The other side is plywood. We have replaced and stained the back with oak to make two sliding doors. There are adjustable shelf brackets, but not shelves. THE GLASS TOP IS MISSING AS WELL. This has been cleaned up, but there is some minor wear. There is a piece of wood missing in one of the corners. The base measures approx. 22 by 36. The top is approx. 12 1/2 by 36. The height is approx. 44 inches tall. The style seems to be from the 1940's. It is a nice piece! This is for pick up in Aurora. IL.

This display case has end roll glass on top showing normal light scratching. And end roll glass on the front. It has chrome metal side plates and held together with metal rods running the length of the case with nuts on the end. Small chip to the top glass on back edge and some roughness to the back edge from use over the years. NO cracks. Measures 34 1/4"long 9 1/2" deep at the base, and 4 3/4" tall. Antique oak showcase made by Saginaw Showcase Company. Saginaw Michigan in 1920's. Measures 8-Ft. in length X 4-Ft. High X 2-Ft. wide(at widest point) The front slants, so it's approximately 1-Ft. wide at top. Was professionally restored 10 years ago. It has 3-wood shelves and the bottom is wood as well. so you have 4 wood surfaces to display your wares inside. It has 4 sliding glass doors with wood frames located on back side.
