The great part of this cabinet is that it could be placed anywhere in the room and your prized collectibles could be seen from anywhere in the room. The back wooden piece is actually a door that opens and closes. It features a lock however I do not have a key so you will either have to have a key made or just replace the lock. Vintage Wood Curio Cabinet - Curved Glass - Stand Alone or Hung
This Vintage Curio Cabinet with glass doors looks good. But some TLC could make it a standout piece. The overall height is 22.5" across is 11.75" and deep is 6.25" There are two shelves inside. The top one is set at 5.25" from the top. The next one is 5.25" underneath and then it's 5.75" to the bottom of the cabinet. There are two hangers on the back allowing for use as a wall decoration if you desire. Look at pic 5. You can see that the door is not a perfect fit and is slightly off kilter. Also, if you count the legs from left to right, the 3rd leg over is maybe a 16th of an inch short which allows the cabinet to wobble a little. Easy to fix. This piece was dug out of a packed garage(along with a 100+ year old wooden chest) and had not been cleaned for many years. We've done our best for auction puposes ... morebut this piece needs a thorough cleaning and some love to bring it back to a full life.

A nice size…20 inches wide. 14" wide, and 11" high on the outside at the highest point on the back. Still very portable if you will be doing shows. Nice redwood colored stained wood. Overall, in excellent antique condition. The spring closure on the back door no longer works so the door does not shut on its own. There is a clasp on the back in which will keep the door shut. Glass has no chips or cracks. The mirror on the back door does have silver loss but this is easily remedied with a new mirror. Some people prefer the silver loss to give the case an authentic aged look. Last pic the case is holding a few small stuffed animals to give you an idea of size. Can ship UPS or Fed-ex Ground. Antique Claes & Lehnbeuter Curved Bowed Glass Countertop Store Display Case
You are bidding on an antique countertop display case made by Claes& Lehnbeuter from St. Louis. Missouri. Measures about 23" width x 24" depth x 14" height. Overall, the display case is in pretty good shape, considering that it might be over 100 years old. However, with that being said it does have some issues: Missing the section of glass that went on the top of the case. The trim piece on the side(at the bottom) has some damage to it(see photos) Interior and door where painted white many years ago One of the back hinges is missing the spring(hinges still work) Overall. A good restoration piece. I am guess it will cost about $100 to ship due to it's size& being fragile(due to the glass) but that is just an estimate(it could cost less mattering on where it is being shipped to)

Curved glass oak hinged door for display case/antique cabinet. I'm not sure of the age.it may have been in the process of being refinished. Oak frame with newer knob and hinges. Here's a wonderful antique 6' x 27" display case with original curved glass front and mirrored back. Bottom could probably use a bit of reinforcing between the boards which have separated a bit but are perfectly useful as is. Description This i s a fabulous find. A curved glass display case with the coolest patina I've seen in a while: This piece measures 20" wide across the front. Is 18" deep and stands 15 1/2" tall. It is in antique condition. Here's the damage: One the front large curved piece of glass there is a crack in the top corner. It does NOT move, is solid and smooth to the touch. On the side panel, the top corner was cracked out. About the size of a quarter. Easily replaced.but I like the old wavy glass sooooo. Now.on the back door. We have an early modification. The ORIGINAL door opened the bottom half of the panel. This was modified. The original hinges were moved so that the whole thing opens for better access. You can see where the original hinges were, and where they were moved to. Please see the pictures. This piece is ... moreso darn hard to find.even harder to find with patina and character. Antique Solid Curved Glass Display Counter with rear sliding doors "1880's
Very old from information that I have gathered it is from the 1880's. In the day. This was a looker. Remarkable shape for it's age. Grandpa's country store is gone and this is for sale. Has been in storage for over 30 years. The top is a solid(one piece) glass that measures 98 1/4" long and 22" wide. The front piece of glass measures the same length as the top however, it is curved. Counter stands 40" tall. Inside is a shelf that measures 12" wide and is made up of 4 pieces on an adjustable shelving bracket. In the front is one piece of curved glass. In the back are four wooden sliding doors that are 2' wide and 19" tall with finger holes. One of these doors is missing a board about 19" in height. Under the sliding doors to the right are two drawers that measure 23 1/4" wide and about 3 5/8" ... moredeep. To the left of the two drawers is a opening that is 63" long, 16" deep and 7 1/2" in height. The glass shows wear scratches, but no breakage in the glass. On the bottom under the curved part to the back corner shows some slight damage but it is mostly to the bottom edging. As far as the wood is concerned I think that it is Mahogany, but I am not positive. It could be cherry. Items inside case do not sell. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Please view all photos. Antique Curved Glass 36" Countertop Country Store Display Case Showcase cabinet
I have up for sale a very nice vintage/ antique circa 1900 Countertop Curved Glass Display Showcase cabinet- measures approx 35-1/2" long. 24" deep, 14" tall. These are outside dimensions. The case is made of wood with what appears to be a nickel plated metal covering over the wood. The back door is hinged- appears to be original as far as I can tell. There is no manufacturers markings anywhere that I can see. I have seen this same nickel over wood type case before.One was made by the Kansas City Showcase Works and the other by Stein Showcases of Rochester, NY. The case comes from the estate of a 90+ year old Antique Dealer used in her Antique shop. It is in Very Good Condition- the glass is basically excellent with no damages- nice and clear. Overall the case is in what I would call very good shape- looks great as well. It ... moreappears as though the inside wood was refinished many years back- meaning the inner surface and inside back door. The bottom boards have some minor separation. I notice that the back door needs some attention. The right side does not snug up close as the left side does, so it may need some adjusting. Also the latch plunger is just a bit short of catching onto the upper part of the latch that holds it and keeps it shut. I have this shown in my last pic. This is an old piece and there is normal age and use wear and imperfections. This is a large. Pre-turn of the century, oak, curved glass mercantile countertop display. It has been restored and the nickel/silver hardware cleaned and polished. Antique curved glass table top display case with nickel plated frame.
Antique curved glass table top display case; writing on front says"Whiting's stationery" Frame I believe is nickel plated and it has the original manufacturer's metal plate tag on the front. Considering the age it is in really good condition; the glass has pulled away from the frame in a few places but it is very much intact. Bottom is a wood base. As is the back drop down door. There is a mirror on the inside of the back door. I used this piece years ago in a gift shop, but have no where to put it anymore. I think it would be great in a cupcake shop or to display other small special items. The size is approximately 33" wide, 12" tall at back corner and 27" deep from back edge of trim to front edge of trim. Beautiful wood mirro glass bow curved curio cabinet. I put all of my minature designer perfume bottles for a gorgeous display has mirrored backing which really displays things nicely. This cabinet measures 13" wide by 19" high has a shelf on the very top for flowers or another display. There are two glass shelves. This piece is very old and had legs at one time. This piece can be displayed on your dresser or table top and also be mounted on the wall as shown. Overall it is in very good condition. Antique Oak Country Store General Store Curved Glass Display Cases
Here for sale is an outstanding pair of antique oak country store/general store curved glass display cases. I have one on each side of the room. But they in their hay day the cases were likely sitting side by side along one wall of the store. Each one measures about 6 ft from each end to the curve. They easily disassemble. The glass comes off the top. An oak from which is held on by a few small screws comes off next. The glass sides are next and then you have the base. You won't find a nicer set, if you can find a set! They are over 100 years old and have been used, but they remain in very good condition. I hate to part with them, but have moved and no longer have room for them. Antique Curved Glass Twin Tower Display Case
Great antique twin tower display case. The case has been refinished but the curved glass is original. There is storage in the back under each section. It must have been wired for lights at one time in the center of the case there are clips for some sort of light. Whether it can have another light put in I don't know. It is truly unique one of a kind case. It would be a magnificent showpiece in any setting. The height of the towers are 72" and 12" wide and 18" deep. Case in the middle 32-1/2" wide and 40" high 18" deep/ total width is 58" All tower glass is trimmed in brass. You can't see it with all the merchandise in it. But the backs of the doors are mirrored. there are keys to the twin towers.

Vtg Art Deco Jewelry Store Watch Display Showcase Wood Curved Glass Door Cabinet
Fabulous vintage counter/table top showcase. I believe this was used in a jewelry store or department store to display jewelry or watches. It looks like a Japanese piece to me. Though I'm not sure. There are no hallmarks or manufacturer information. Made of wood. Glass on top and both sides.impressive large curved glass door in front. The frame of the door and trim of the base are lacquered in a brownish-red color. The sides may be made of walnut and I think some of the other wooden pieces used are lightweight balsa. It measures 20 1/2" tall. 18 1/2" wide and 10 1/2" deep. On the inside are 3 glass shelves.one solid, the length of the case, and two halves that are off-set and curved on the front. There is a raised platform in the bottom. The space between the top shelf and the top is 5" between the top shelf and the ... moretwo half shelves is 3 1/2" and 4 1/2" between the bottom and two middle shelves is 6 3/4" on both. The interior is lined in natural fiber paper with small square foiled flecks. The case is lightweight and rather fragile. Though still in excellent condition. There are very light spots from moisture on the interior paper, a few small tears in the inside top in the paper from nails. Light scuffs and marks on the outside from normal use. No damage on the exterior or glass. The door is a bit sticky.you have to be careful when opening and closing.the lower right corner has to be guided to keep it from binding. Thanks for looking.

Vintage old curved glass Oak showcase. I see a lot of these that have advertising on them. This one doesn't maybe it had some decals at one time, the case is in overall very good condition, there is one crack on the top right hand side as shown. The glass still fits in the case sturdy. Twin Tower Curved Glass Antique 1880's Display Case
This is a gorgeous antique 1880’s twin tower display case that is 6’L x 27”W x 36” H. I thought that I would be using it myself for display but after sitting for 14 years in storage. It is time to sell it to someone that will enjoy it. The finish is dusty but original. The nickel plate has worn off the brass corners, and in some cases turned green. The center curved glass has been re-puttied(it is wavy glass but I don't have any idea if it is old curved glass or not) There is no wooden bottom. The latches in the back of the case are totally original and latches work great. All glass, including the curved glass is totally intact and I believe original, except for the unknown re-puttied center curved glass. Large Victorian Curved Glass Countertop 1800's Display Case ,showcase
This is a late 1800's counter top display with pressed german silver over wood.German silver is an alloy brass that polishes out to look like nickel or silver.I purchased this display case with another one I restored which is pictured as well and for sale if you check my other ebay listings.I purchased them in Fayetteville NC.The case was in need of major polishing.I also installed new dark blue velvet for the bottom.I spent close to 30 hours polishing out the tarnish in the metal which was almost black-it was not a good looking patina.As you can see in the pictures-there are numerous dents.Scratches in the metal.The original doors were missing so I made 3 new sliding doors out of oak.I attached moulding to the inside of the doors and left space for 1/8" thick mirrors as an option if you wanted to add mirrors to the doors later.The ... moreperson I bought this from said that it came from an old pharmacy/soda/tobacco shop in Fayetteville.The store dated back into the late 1800's.The doors slide,not perfectly-but do slide open with little effort.The cabinet is not perfectly square so the doors stick a little.All of the top and side glass is wavy and has striations and bubbles-showing its true age-adding to the appeal of this display.The front 2 pieces of curved glass are original and have 100 + years of scratches from use.This gives the piece true character.This would be great for displaying jewelry,accessories,bakery goods,tobacco related items.toys.The dimensions are as follows: 71 1/2" Wide x 24" Deep x 13" high.This is a fragile piece and I would prefer only local pick up.If you live within 100 miles of NYC I can arrange delivery for a fee.If you want it shipped-you need to find your own shipper to pick it up.I live in an elevator building in Manhattan and I can help bring it to the curb.Buyer is responsible for his own pick up and shipping! It is in good, structural condition, has the original rear door with brass hinges, and original manufacturer label. Unfortunately there are some cracked portions in the glass, namely the curved portion and the right side. All others, including the top, left side, and internal top to bottom piece are original glass and free of cracks.
