Old cast iron hanging buggy whip holder. With pat. dates, 1882, marked on the inside, and 1883, marked on the outside. Nice overall condition, a little dusty, and some surface rust, and most of the original black paint is gone. It is approx. 13" across, is two part, connected and hung by wire and chain. I have seen this also connected with screws, and also one half, screwed to a wall. A nice old country piece, from a Vermont barn.

Antique 1800's Cast Iron Horse Buggy Whip Holder Display Rack
This is an antique cast iron whip holder that would have been used in a general store in the mid to late 1800's to display whips for sale. This piece measures approximately 11 1/2" in diameter. It's old. Rusty and dusty and completely original. There have been no repairs or modifications made to the piece. There are no dates or makers marks on the piece. Many times these are found missing the nuts and bolts that hold it together or the chains have been broken. Not on this one. She's beautiful. This whip holder was recovered from an estate in southern Ohio. This would be a nice display piece as is or could also be re-purposed in many ways. For sale is a Antique Cast Iron Bank Tellers cage from the Rolling Fork Bank in Gravel Switch Ky. I purchased these at an old antique estate sale here in Central Ky and was told that is where they where from. They are heavy cast iron with lots of scroll work and comes in three 3 pieces. You could build a nice office out of these and have them on 3 sides or even put them together long ways. They need to be refinished and would be a beautiful addition to your office or even in your home. Building a new bank.These would show alot of history for a well established bank and show its long lasting staying power,in a ever changing bank times!They are 102" for the sides each and 28 1/2" tall the center cage is 117" long and the doors are 20 1/2" wide and 16" tall, center is the same height as the sides,they had a place to;lock ... moreat one time,they still swing freely. Antique Cast Iron & Wood General Store Hardware Rotating Nut & Bolts Bin 30 Bins
This is a very desirable Rotating Hardware General Store Nuts and Bolts bin. This one has a hexagonal beveled cast iron base that is extremely heavy for its size. It has a heavy cast iron center axis that rises to a carrying handle as seen in the second picture on the top of the unit. Most of these are huge and hard to manage this one will ship VIA UPS or FedEx in a U-haul dish pack double walled box. That I will reinforce well. It is about 30 inches tall give or take and about 14 inches across. The drawers six inches deep about six inches across. Several of the drawers have repairs, three are missing the small wooden pull which could easily be replaced, but all are very functional and fit nicely. Some of the drawers need to be cleaned out as they have some waxy substance is in them. These drawers have to have weight in them in order to rotate ... morewithout centrifugal force causing the drawers to fall out. This rack and another one that I got were original fixtures in the clothing store when it opened in 1916. A truly beautiful rack that stands 77 inches tall to the top of the finial. The diameter of the base and the rack ring are both 31 inches. There is wear on the rack ring and minor rust and paint dings on the body. Antique Victorian hat display stand. Rack, very ornate and beautiful. Made of heavy case iron. Weighs about 3.8 pounds. It measures approximately 15.3 inches high and 6 inches at the widest point which is the base. It is very sturdy and sound. I believe this piece to be from the late 1800's. It is painted a white wash color and has some accent lines painted in a faded black color. It looks great the way it is or you can paint it any color you'd like. Beautiful piece of history. These are two(2) antique rigid cast iron& wood wheels casters; made to move forward or backwards only. These came from a railroad station hand cart dolly once used to carry steam liner trunks back in the days. My best guess the wheels are circa; late 1800s. These wheels are being sold as an architectural piece for display. Not to be used. These wooden wheels are collectable and rare.

this is old! and I purchased this recently from a Wonderful Estate Sale with many old and quality items from the 1800's. Early 1900's Not sure if this is from that era or not, but it may be? it is iron, and black in color, and it is a shoe display, was told for a store. I measure it in height at a bit more than 13 inches, and it does unscrew, though I will leave it as it is, and as you can see, there is some surface rusting on the bottom, otherwise a Nice Piece in Great Condition. will ship by options listed.
