C.1890 Antique Glass & Tin Counter Table Top General Country Store Display Case
Very nice antique 1890-1900 era tin and glass with a cardboard base display case. The only distractions for this case are two scratches in the glass on the hinged lid. The rest of the glass and the metal are problem free. It has a loose black piece of felt on the inside. The cardboard base has some fading but is structurally sound. The bottom has it's original 4 feet. The hinge for the lid works just as it should. The case measures 3 7/8" tall. 10 7/8" wide and is 4 1/2" deep. I have listed $12.00 for shipping. I am basing this on coast-to-coast shipping. If you are closer to the East Coast shipping should be less. The soda can is to provide scale and is not included. The glass case area is about 4 feet high. The display area is roughly 4ft 8inches x 4ft 6inches x 2-1/2ft deep. The back display area has 3 sliding wood and glass doors Sliding wood doors on the bottom storage area. The Porcelain on the top is in need of screws. cabinet had a lighted front there are fixtures in place but probably will need rewired. Small counter top is 2ft x3ft. and made of wood. Used. Not mint. Maker unknown. On top wood piece it appears there was once a maker's tag. But it is long gone. Measures about 45" x 34" x 22" Please be aware this thing is heavy! I have no clue how heavy, but take my word for it. Made of wood. I think the wood is oak, but I could be wrong. Age of making- unknown. Glass pieces in between drawers. I did not see any chips or cracks, but after looking at this thing for so long I could have missed something. So, in case glass is missing, chipped, cracked, or flea bites. All drawers are present. There are 12 drawers. This generally fits inside of a square glass display case. I do'not' have the display case- only what you see. This item shows age, wear, tear, scratches, cracks, chips, dirt, wood missing, nails coming out, etc. Not mint. Used. Up for auction is an early oak countertop display case circa 1890s. The case is oak and looks to have been refinished. The case features a divider unit inside that was possibly used to display knives. Pocket watches or jewelry. The divider can be removed. The divider felt covering is somewhat worn and shows it’s age. Based on other cases I've seen I believe it may be original. The back of the case features a large pull out drawer at the bottom for storage. The inside of the drawer has grooves cut to accept dividers which could easily be made. Access to the case is thru two sliding oak doors at the back. The doors have mirrors attached on the inside of the case. The doors slide free and fit well to the frame. One door may be a replacement. I have up for sale a very nice vintage circa 1st quarter of the 20th Century/ early 1900s A. STEIN& CO. counter top display case. A. Stein sold Men's belts and suspenders.Women's foundation garments, and is best known for the PARIS GARTER, the PERMA LIFT BRA& GIRDLE. This display case was used for displaying one of these products not sure which one to be honest. The back of the case has a measurement display printed on the upper portion. The case would date prior to 1931 as the company sold to Kayser- Roth Corp in 1931. It opens from the back side. Is hinged with a small knob for pulling the door up. The case measures approx 18-3/4" long is made of wood. Unsure of the exact wood- but it is not oak, walnut, nor mahogany. The flat glass panels are in excellent shape. It measures approx 7-3/4" in the back and slants ... moredown to approx 5-1/2" in the front, its approx 6-1/2" deep on the base and weighs approx 5-1/2 lbs as it sits. The owner has a soft fabric piece set on the bottom inside. The case is in very good condition- great overall shape with some normal minor light wear. Antique Country Store Large Floor Display Case w/ Curved Glass Marble & Counter
Antique oak. Glass and marble Country Store- Candy display case. This piece comes apart to move it, but when put together it is approximately 19' long. One section is 8' the counter is 5' and the section with the curved glass end is 6' The curved and slanted glass is in very good condition, no cracks etc. The marble is in good condition also. Some of the glass shelves are missing and will need to be replaced. This is a fantastic piece for giving your shop an authentic antique atmosphere.

Antique Old Country General Store Counter Box Lined Merchandise Display Case
For your bidding consideration: A Wonderful Antique Old Country General Store Counter Box Lined Display Case This old and mostly original display case is in very good antique condition. Strong and well made. The bottom has been replaced/restored with a hard board, and a thick plexiglass sheet has replaced glass in the top of the display. It slides easily out and could be replaced with a glass panel, if desired, but it is in quite good shape, and sturdy. It does have some areas of discoloration from age and use. A newer brass type chain has been added to strap around the box for the security of small valuables. This is held in place by tiny screws, but would work well with a small padlock, as well. The wood finish appears to be original, and is worn off in places from age and handling. I am not sure of the wood type, but it is a hardwood, ... moreand believe it is walnut. The case is supported by 4 small square feet. And sits sturdily on a counter top or table. Each of the feet has a small felt pad attached to protect surfaces. The case is made in a graduated height to better show the contents in the upper section. So that it slopes downward in the front. It has a very nice mellow wood tone. The top section. Which wears a higher gloss wood stain than the bottom, is worn on the back panel from handling and age. The case is lined with an old piece of green flocked material to showcase the contents. This material is also in good condition. And it lies flat and smooth. It is fastened down securely, but could be removed if not wanted) This display case consists of an upper and a lower compartment(please view all photos) The upper compartment is lined with the green fabric and has a graduated depth from top to bottom. Between approximately 3/4" and 1" Above it is a sliding heavy Plexiglas panel, which is removable. The panel slides in and out of a slot cut in one side of the case. The lower compartment, which is larger at about 2" at the bottom and just over 3" at the top, swings open on two small brass hing
