Beautifully executed pair of antique. Victorian Era estate Mary Gregory cranberry art glass vases. Hand-blown vases, standing approximately 7 1/4" high, each featuring a different rendering of a frolicking child in the wilderness. Perfectly in tact, no noted damage over the entirety of both pieces. Very nice light cranberry colour indicative of late 19th or early 20th century creation. Polished pontils on bottom, slightly different on each piece. Likely British in origin. A spectacular addition to any antique art glass collection or for resale.

1896 Antique Mary Gregory Cranberry Glass Toothpick Holder Glass/Engraved Description. This auction is for a great little piece! The small glass or toothpick holder is a recent estate find. The cranberry glass has a beautiful picture of a young girl holding a basket and leaf. The glass is etched/engraved with the following AMY(in large letters) Hot Springs Ark March 1896 No chips or cracks. Some of the gold tone trim around the edge of the glass has worn over time. The piece measures 2 3/4 x 1 3/4. Please look at the photos as part of the description and ask questions before bidding and I will be happy to answer. Antique Art Noveau Art Glass Vase Webb Mary Gregory 1890-1900
This is a beautiful Art Nouveau glass vase from around 1890-1900. It is a nice size measuring 11" t all. The vase has a wonderful glass enamel portrait of a young girl surrounded by cranberry color and Art Nouveau tendrils that are gold leaf. It seems very similar to Mary Gregory. But the color looks similar to something Webb may have done. It is of a medium weight and was most likely blown and then enameled. It is more striking in person than it is in the photographs. It has a little bit of wear here and there, but no chips or cracks. A great centerpiece and a nice addition to any collection of Art Nouveau or Victorian art glass. The top and bottom rim are a cranberry color and the middle is a frosted very light green. Good luck and have fun bidding!

Up for auction is a beautiful Mary Gregory vase. It is green glass and has white on white enamel. The gold band around the top has worn significantly. The base appears to have a sanded pontil because of the orange peel effect and slight indention of the glass. It is in 8 sided and has no cracks or chips. Stands 7 1/2" tall and base is 3 1/2" wide. Description This listing is for a pair of Victorian 19th century English Mary Gregory vases in ruby red. The vases are hand blown and hand decorated. Each vase measuring just under 9 inches tall. The glass is shaped and again. Hand blown as you can see by the pontil on the bottom of each vase. The decoration is of a dog chasing an escaping bird through a wooded landscape. These vases date to about 1860 or so. They are in good overall condition. There is some rubbing to the ruby flashed finish mostly at the top rim of the vases. A nice genuine Victorian pair. Antique Bohemian Mary Gregory Hand Blown and Hand Painted Vase c 1800's
This is a listing for an original antique Bohemian hand blow and hand painted glass vase. The vase has white enamel decoration depicting a lovely girl sitting on a tree branch. Condition is good without cracks or repairs. There are one small flea bits on the top rim of the vase( see photo No 4) The vase has some bubbles inside the glass. This is a normal for hand blow glass 19th c. The measurement is approx 6 1/2' tall, 2 1/2" diameter on the bottom and 3 1/2" diameter on the top. Unusual Victorian Era cylinder vase in a silverplate frame! Here is a charming piece. Although, we must confess, we are not absolutely sure of it's intended purpose- vase? hatpin holder? other? The beautiful art glass insert is a vibrant turquoise blue cased with white. It has been hand-painted on the outside in the"Mary Gregory" style with a small child enjoying an afternoon swing on a tree. The top edge has been ground and polished. We found similar examples of this style of vase in Collectible Bohemian Glass 1880-1940. By Robert& Deborah Truitt under the Mulhaus section, valued at $150-$200(1995 values) This one is presented in an ornate silverplate frame. Lacy scroll work flanks the hoop handle of the frame. With tiny flower buttons acting to secure the vase in place. A matching flower button caps off the top of the ... morehandle. Four tiny feet hold the piece 1-3/8" off the tabletop. Marked on the underside with the Middletown Plate Co. Quadruple Plate logo- the number#10 and the words Hard White Metal. Measures approximately 10-3/4" tall x 6-1/2" across the widest point with a 4-1/4" footprint. Glass insert is 5-1/4" deep. Estate item- as found. No chips. This is a gorgeous pair of Mary Gregory vases. The pair depicts a Victorian era boy and girl in nature scene. The scenes on this pair of large vases is the most elaborate of any I've ever seen. Spanning three-quarters around each vase. They measure 12.75" tall. Mary Gregory was an American artist known for her beautiful glass decoration. As far as my research shows. Pair of Miniature Mary Gregory Glass Vases 1880,Genuine Antique Ruby Cranberry
On offer today is a pair of original Mary Gregory cranberry glass miniature vases. These are genuine antiques which date from around 1880 or so. The boy vase has a small shell chip about the size of a pin head and another small nick also to the rim. Both vases have wear to the gilding which has been applied to the cut rim and small wear(scratches and rubbing) to the base. The enameling is in good condition. The vases are just under 80mm tall and the rim has a diameter of 45mm. Please examine the photos and let me know if you have any questions. Victorian ANTIQUE MARY GREGORY HAND PAINTED PALE BLUE GLASS VASE C 1890'S Fine
I found this at an estate sale. The condition is wonderful. There are no chips, cracks or repairs on it. The vase is hand blown and rendered in a fantastic turquoise blue. This jar stands 7.5" tall and is about 3.5" at its widest. The painting is wonderfully whimsical; this looks like Eros getting into trouble as usual. His finger is to his lips: Shhhhh. One of the features I particularly liked about this piece is that it is embellished all the way around the bottom and the top with beads of enamel paint. Did you notice the bottom? First. I would like to apologize for the white goo on the bottom. I do not know what it is; it’s hard and I didn't want to fool with it, think of it as part of the history. Mary Gregory vase - cranberry glass - antique Victorian 19th c- Boy Butterfly
This is a beauty! An antique cranberry glass Mary Gregory vase. Which hails I believe from the 19th century, Victorian era. This vase features a boy reaching for a butterfly. This has a unique form. With a lovely top that is cut in an attractive beveled design. There are two little swirly clear glass accents, one on each side of vase. This measures 9" high. Base is 3-1/2" wide, width is 5-1/4" at widest point. There are some bubbles in the glass. And wear marks to the base. There is a small smudge of white to the above left of boy's head on outside of vase. It almost looks like it could be the painter's fingerprint. Otherwise. Very, very fine condition!
