Could be Bohemian-late 19th century. Stands approximately 8 inches tall. There are some flaws to note. Has a piece that has chipped off of a ruffle-right at the handle. The handle is cracked right at the same level where the ribbon has been broken-the crack has not gone all the way through. I thought there was a hairline crack on the opposite side but when examined with a jewelry loupe it looks like a small piece of the spatter glass made it to the inside of basket. The bottom of the basket has a spot that looks like it was missed with the spatter glass when it was rolled. The flaws are on the same side so this piece can be displayed from one direction without a visible flaw. Please use the measurements that we include in the listings to ensure an accurate fit-these are specific to that article of clothing. I am an honest seller. Ruckl and others produced spatter decors in many different shapes. This style of spatter decors and shapes preceded the Czech Deco Export years. Many of the same decors can be found in various shapes to collect due to mass production. The Ruckl. Puffy heart shape vase has blue, green, oxblood red and yellow spatter with white interior. Entirely cased in crystal. Applied flames and low footed base are colourless crystal glass. Rim is cut with one teeny flake chip on top. Not visible and found by touch. No hairline breaks. On the applied footed base. One chip on the very tip was found, as pics will show. There is a few bites on two other ... moretips, but was found by touch. Any flaw mentioned is for accuracy and does not distract or take away the beauty of the vase. Very common to find. Measures 7-1/8" tall with a 1-3/4" diameter rim and 3-3/8" diameter base.
