But I like the name someone else gave it. the impatient one with her hands on her hips" S ize: 6" Condition: No chips or cracks. This piece is part of a large collection of Czech glass I purchased earlier this year. The pieces have been stored away anyway from 20 to over 30 years ago. Many of the pieces were stored with old prices tags still on them. Many have been removed. But some still have some stickers or a tiny bit or residue. The majority of vases were also used as vases and stored w/o cleaning. This combined with 20 or 30 years of dust, made for quite a bit of cleaning. Ruckl and others produced spatter decors in many different shapes. This style of spatter decors and shapes preceded the Czech Deco Export years. Many of the same decors can be found in various shapes to collect due to mass production. The Ruckl. Puffy heart shape vase has blue, green, oxblood red and yellow spatter with white interior. Entirely cased in crystal. Applied flames and low footed base are colourless crystal glass. Rim is cut with one teeny flake chip on top. Not visible and found by touch. No hairline breaks. End of day" glass was any item made by the glassworkers in their own time at the end of the day using up the remaining molten glass in the pots. It therefore tended to be a mixture of all sorts of colors. This is an authentic End of Day Ruffled Top Splatter Vase. It's pink and yellow and measures at 7.5"x3.5" wide. Beautiful collectors item.
