Beautifully executed pair of antique. Victorian Era estate Mary Gregory cranberry art glass vases. Hand-blown vases, standing approximately 7 1/4" high, each featuring a different rendering of a frolicking child in the wilderness. Perfectly in tact, no noted damage over the entirety of both pieces. Very nice light cranberry colour indicative of late 19th or early 20th century creation. Polished pontils on bottom, slightly different on each piece. Likely British in origin. A spectacular addition to any antique art glass collection or for resale.

VICTORIAN CRANBERRY ART GLASS SET OF VASES
ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CRANBERRY ART GLASS VASE SET- CIRCA 1890- LAST LISTING OPPORTUNITY! For auction is a GORGEOUS pair of Victorian art glass in beautiful cranberry with gorgeous rigoree detail. These vases came from a North Carolina estate and had been packed away since 1984 along with other art glass treasures belonging to the collector's estate. There were notes with these vases indicating they were Victorian from 1890. Each vase is a delicious cranberry pink that starts out slightly lighter at the bottom and becomes darker towards the opening at the top. To my eye. One vase is a smidge lighter than the other but just a smidge. You may not see it. They definitely make a fabulous set so it does not deter from that. Each vase has a wrapped rigoree around the center in a clear color. The top of each vase has 8 scallops of clear glass that ... moreare stamped or etched. The bottom has 5 clear paddles or feet that also have a waffle type etching. Each footed vase measures a little above 8 inches high. The mouth opening measures 3-1/4 inches across and the base measures about 3 inches across. Overall condition is very good. One of the pontels has a little break that causes a slightly sharp section. So please be aware of that. It could be taken to a professional glass repairer to be sanded down but I would not bother. It is on the bottom and cannot be seen, it does not take away from the beauty and I wouldn't want to take a chance of damaging the vase. Also, there are a couple of black specks within the glass on one of the vases which I believe have always been there, they are not new marks but most likely were created during the manufacturing process. I am going to pack these very carefully with a lot of bubble and peanuts to ensure safe passage. I will have to insure these and although I will pack everything with extreme care. These are so thin and fragile, breakage is always a possibility. Insurance is included in the handling fee. If the unforseen happens, the post office needs to inspect all packaging and broken i

There is a inner crack on the inside of the glass of one the Cranberry Glass Vases. It is located where the cornucopia shape begins to narrow, about an inch away from the Rams Head. See last picture) You cannot feel the crack on the outside of the glass. The Marble Bases have some age-related rough spots and light scratches. There are some small age related nicks/ roughness to the corners, but none of these flaws really impact the overall presentation. There is actually a layer of blue glass over the cranberry. They are decorated with deeply engraved stags amongst trees with engraved vintage designs around their necks. They have fine detail to the engraving and were created by one of the early bohemian masters, possibly the work of Dominic Bimann, Johann Pohl, August Bohm or Simms of Gablonz. Exquisite Pair Cranberry Red Glass Cornucopia Vases on Gilt Bronze/Marble Bases Presented is an exquisite pair of cranberry glass cornucopia vases sitting atop bronze and marble bases. The vases have a great trumpet shape. Ending in lobed petals. The glass was hand blown and then cut into shape. The cast bronze bases each suport a piece of white marble. The vases attach to the bases via gilt cast bronze ram's head details. These pieces are likely American and date to about the 1830's-1850's. The remind of us of work done by Cornelius out of New York or Shaw out of Boston. As you can see in the photos below. Two lobes of glass have broken from the vase on the right; we do have both pieces, so this piece can be repaired(though there are some smaller chips that are missing from these pieces- please review the photos below carefully) ... moreThere is also a small chip to the top rim of the other vase. Each horn measures just shy of 10 inches long and from ruffle to ruffle measures 5 ¾ inches in diameter. One of the horns is free of any chips or cracks and the other one has a missing edge on the ruffle that I think is hard to see because of the shape and turned to the back ... moreside is not even noticeable. I tried to show a picture of the missing piece of the ruffle, although this does not detract from this in any way as you can see. The matching pair of smaller vases measure 7.25" tall. This is a pair of matching hand blown cranberry glass vases with hand painted flowers that are gold and white. The gold areas have raised sparkles added to the surface. The white stems and dots are enamel. There is also a gold band around the top edge of the vase. With sparkles added. The top rim was smoothed and polished. Here is a pair of antique cranberry glass Mary Gregory vases. Which hail I believe from the 19th century. These vases feature a man and woman facing one another. They measure 8.5" high. Top is 5" wide, and base is 3-3/4" wide. There are some bubbles in the glass. And the glass is rimmed in gilt in 4 circles at base, and also underneath rim at top. There are just a few minor flea bites. Or nips, underneath the rim of vase featuring the man. Otherwise, very, very fine condition! Shipping is by standard mail unless buyer prefers otherwise. Pair of Antique Cranberry Glass Banquet Vases Bubble
Up for auction is this pair of lovely art glass antique cranberry/clear vases. They are approx. 13" high and 7" wide at the top. The clear glass of the pedestal has the bubbles which make a nice effect to these pieces. They have no chips. Cracks or repairs. There is one with two dimples and one with one dimple but it is apparent that this was in the making. It does not take away from this great pair of vases. Pair of old Cranberry colored etched vases in good condition with clear pedestal measuring 10" in height& base measures 2-3/4" There are no chips. Scratches or cracks in the vases. However, there is minimal wear to the cranberry color near the tops of the vases. Please refer to pictures for better description. Gorgeous Antique Cranberry Glass Vases REDUCTED
Up for sale is a gorgeous pair of Cranberry vases with a white accent flown through them. They are very impressive as their height is 12 1/2inches and the widest part of diameter6 1/2inches.The base lends itself to a gradual incline in the circumference to the wide point and then a gradual decline and then a pretty scalloped edging to finish off the top. The pieces are free of chips and cracks and have been displayed through a china closet Would make a gorgeous pair for buffets. Fireplaces parlor tables or as grandmother had them in her china cabinet. Any collector of cranberry would be proud of these.Also Cranberry Glass always adds a rich accent to any décor.
