Old Paris Porcelain Gravy Tureen This Delightful Antique Sauce tureen includes its original Lid and under plate and is decorated in a Lovely Pink Enamel with Gold Gilded Trim. I Think the age is in the early 1800’s. It is marked the side of the under plate with the Green Copeland mark. The Overall Measurement assembled is 7 1/2” high. So hard to photograph shiny objects) Beautiful tureen and gravy boat are made by Moritz Zdekauer which lat er became known Altrohlau Porcelain. This mark on the bottom dates the pieces around 18 91. Ours is the 4th mark shown below on graph. Condition: GOOD! Soup Tureen has no lid. But there is no flange for a lid to sit, so I don't think it ever had one? Amazingly both pieces have elegant double handles and all is good. The tureen has a little wave on one side from manufacturing. This is not considered damage, just character. For porcelain that is well over 100 years old, this is quite a find! I have shown the gravy boat first in my pictures. F ollowed by the matching tureen. The gravy boat has the best manufacturer ... moremark. The matching tureen just has a number under the glaze. Came from the same estate so we know that it was from the same set. Antique Estate Porcelain Hen On Nest Gravy Boat or Syrup/Soup Tureen
This is an antique or vintage(from estate and appears very old) hen on nest tureen. My guess is possibly it was made for syrup as it has what looks like a maple leaf on the side. This is approximately 7" long. 4.25" wide and 7" tall. This displays very well but hen does have a fairly well-done repair(see photos) The bottom/brown basket is in good condition with no repairs, cracks, chips, etc. This is some crazing. Opaque white ceramic 2-piece nesting hen top and matching bottom. Made in Japan. But has No identifying brand markings. Has a hole for a spoon or ladle on the right side(spoon/ladle is not included) Very small chip in the beak. But otherwise in very good condition. Probably almost twice the size of a typical glass hen on nest. Basket bottom has a woven straw look and molded handles on the front and back. Large White hen on nest Porcelain ceramic gravy boat tureen, Japan
Opaque white glazed ceramic 2-piece nesting hen top and matching basket nest bottom. Made in Japan. But has No identifying brand markings. Has a hole for a spoon or ladle on the right side(spoon/ladle is not included) Very small chip in the beak. But otherwise in very good condition. Probably almost twice the size of a typical glass hen on nest. Basket bottom has a woven straw look and molded handles on the front and back. Vintage Duck Soup Tureen Serving Dish Gravy Boat
I purchased this cute Mallard Duck Tureen or Serving Bowl at an Estate Sale. It's so cute and much brighter looking than my photo shows. The duck has a dark green head and gray and brown colors on his feathers. There is a hole on the one side of the top to put your ladle in. No ladle included. There are no chips. There is a missed glaze spot on the top in between two feathers. The bottom has Japan indented but no other markings. Overall light crazing. Very Cute vintage condition. It measures 8 1/4"long x 7 3/4"tall x 4 1/2"wide. This will hold a lot of gravy. Vegetables, etc. It is large and will be carefully boxed for you!

Wonderful antique ironstone gravy or sauce tureen made by Red Cliff Ironstone. This set is complete and includes the ladle. The fitted under plate and sauce/gravy tureen with cover. The set displays octagonal shape with raised and embossed grapes and grape leaves on finial, below each handle with handles designed as part of the grape branches. In very good condition with no cracks or crazing- one of the under plate handles has a tiny flea bite on the underside edge and the lid underside has a small chip on the edge. The overall height including the under plate is 14" tall. Gravy or sauce tureen is 7 1/4" tall x 6" wide, under plate is 7 1/4" long x 6" wide and the ladle is 5 1/2" long. Rare to find a set with all pieces intact.

This ladle measures about 8" long. The bowl is 2 3/4" across by just under 1" deep. It has a beaded decoration on the handle and no chips or cracks but you can see it is crazed. John Maddock& Son. New Castle Burslem, Staffordshire Potteries, mark of 1855- 1870. This early, heavy, white Ironstone covered gravy tureen is oval in shape and rests on a raised sloping foot. It measures 8 ½ inches long; 4 3/4inches wide and 6 ½ inches tall. The glossy white glaze pools to a pale blue in the crevices. The handles are incurved C shapes. The mark John Maddock and Son is impressed on the underside edge of the base. There are no cracks. Repairs or discoloration or age related crazing. Some superficial scratches. There is a single flake under the foot and some factory glaze bubbling under the edge of the cover. White Ironstone Plain Shape Sauce / Gravy Tureen with Ladle - c. 1870
Offered is a White Ironstone Sauce or Gravy Tureen in a Plain Shape. This piece features a footed base. Uplift handles on the sides, and includes a small ladle. It was produced by Burgess& Goddard in Longport, England, circa 1870, and retains their mark. The base of this piece has a chip on the base rim. Some silt under the glaze on the interior bottom, and some light age coloring. The lid has one small flake on the underside rim, and the ladle has a small flake at the base of the handle and some crazing. Overall, this remains a nice Ironstone piece for use or display. VINTAGE 1850'S J W PANKHURST HANLEY ENGLAND WHITE STONEWARE GRAVY SAUCE TUREEN
This is a very old white stoneware gravy or sauce tureen made by J. W. Pankhurst. This piece was made during the 1850's. It is in nice condition for its age with no cracks or crazing. It does have some browning on the handle on the lid and some browning on the underside of the lid. There is a teensy bit of discoloring on the ends of the handles. There are also two teeny tiny chips(see last two pictures) They are next to each other. But the one is so small you can hardly see it. Both of the chips are shiny and look like they are glazed so they may have happened during manufacture. The tureen is 5-1/4" high to the top of the handle and 7-3/4" across from handle to handle. This auction is for a vintage electric gravy warmer/tureen. Made in japan. It stands approximately 7 1/4" tall when the lid is on. The lid comes designed with topped vegetables. Unfortunately it is missing the laddle. The electrical cord is in good condition. It keeps it's contents warm very nicely once turned on for awh ile. 1891 Moritz Zdekauer Austria (2 large pieces) Austrian Soup Tureen & Gravy Boat
My Inv. I N 5C Color: White w/ rose bands and gold trim. My pictures look a little blue b ut that is just light reflection. So hard to photograph shiny objects) Beautiful tureen and gravy boat are made by Moritz Zdekauer which lat er became known Altrohlau Porcelain. This mark on the bottom dates the pieces around 18 91. Ours is the 4th mark shown below on graph. Condition: GOOD! Soup Tureen has no lid. But there is no flange for a lid to sit, so I don't think it ever had one? Amazingly both pieces have elegant double handles and all is good. The tureen has a little wave on one side from manufacturing. This is not considered damage, just character. For porcelain that is well over 100 years old, this is quite a find! I have shown the gravy boat first in my pictures. F ollowed by the matching tureen. The gravy boat has the best manufacturer ... moremark. The matching tureen just has a number under the glaze. Came from the same estate so we know that it was from the same set. Fabulous Antique 19th Century English Raised Porcelain Gravy/Sauce Tureen w/ Lid Presented is a fabulous antique 19th century English raised porcelain gravy/sauce tureen with lid. The gravy/sauce tureen and its matching underplate are completely handpainted. They are painted light green and accented with thick gilding and pierce work. They are also ornately decorated with beautiful handpainted floral decorations. The centerpiece for both pieces features a handpainted English countryside scene. There is a notch for a ladle on the lid. This wonderful set was made in England between 1825-1850. Spode or Davenport are the probable makers. The tureen and lid are in wonderful condition. There is very minimal fading to the gilding. Otherwise. This piece is in great condition, and it has no cracks, no chips, and no crazing. See photos below. The underplate ... morewhich matches the tureen was professionally restored at some time in its history. The original cracks are visible. However the piece was put back together incredibly well. This English Ironstone Covered Tureen is in the"Wheat" Pattern by Royal Crownford. Weatherby Hanley, in the Royal Falcon Ware line. Rare petite size tureen ideal for sauces and gravies. ~ This is a great vintage electric sauce server. Not sure of the age; however. It was purchased from an estate sale of a neighbor who was in her 90's. ~ White porcelain with what appears to be groups of grapes on vine with pears and apples scattered around. There is crazing and some discolored areas under lid around rim of dish(see photos) but no chips. Cracks, repairs. The bottom of ladle has lost some glaze. ~ Working condition with electrical plug in and cord in good condition with no bare areas.
