It is 82" long and ... more39" high to the center at the back. This sofa is ornate with hand crafted hard wood decor about 2" thick in dark brown color of the grape and leaf patterns. The cushion is about 4" at highest point. 58" long without arm, and 20" deep. It is an original tanned upholstery with the small mauve flower pattern. It is decorated with some fabric buttons on the cushion. The cushion is very firm. There are 3 light water stains on the cushion sitting area as shown in the pictures. There is a small worn area on the fabric of the left arm. No major damage on the cushion. The cushion is 5" high from the floor. It has the brass rivets stitched along the cushion all the way around the front. The arm is 24 1/2" high from the floor. Each arm of the sofa has embossed hand crafted grape leaf design. There is a wooden surface damage on the top right arm. The stitching at the back along the left arm has come detached about 2" The legs are very stunning with the hand carvings on wood about 2 3/4" thick. The end of the legs have brass wheels about 1" diameter. There is a tear at the back on right foot area of the upholstery about 2" but it is not noticeable. The back felt cover is purple/ blue, it is faded. There are rusty nails holding back cover, that is partially torn off. The bottom of the couch covered with the fabric, it is old, has no tears. All the tears mentioned can be fixed. All is in great shape. This piece is really classic antique look, was kept well by our grandmother circa 1800's. Sold as is. Local pick-up only. The fabric has been replaced along the way with an antique beige that is all buttoned and pleated. It must have been done in the last 10 years or so as it is in lovely condition. The sofa is all tight and sturdy. The overall size is 68 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 48 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 28 inches deep, 38 inches high to the crest, 23 inches high to the arms and 16 inches high to the seat. This gorgeous set ... morefeatures a triple back sofa with framed center section. The curved crest rail offers a beautiful reticulated leaf carved crest with an inlaid center rosette. Each end also offers curved crest rails. All three sections have beautifully tufted backs. Open padded arms lead to wonderfully carved hand rest with with incised carving and large drop finials. A shaped seat rail is supported by four turned legs and original brass capped casters. This fantastic sofa does have an old repair to one end which appears to be very sturdy and secure and one rosette at the left end of the sofa has some inlay loss. Thank goodness the repair is there or by today's standards it would have been in the dump and we would have lost this wonderful piece of art~just my opinion. It is 82" long and ... more39" high to the center at the back. This sofa is ornate with hand crafted hard wood decor about 2" thick in dark brown color of the grape and leaf patterns. The cushion is about 4" at highest point. 58" long without arm, and 20" deep. It is an original tanned upholstery with the small mauve flower pattern. It is decorated with some fabric buttons on the cushion. The cushion is very firm. There are 3 light water stains on the cushion sitting area as shown in the pictures. There is a small worn area on the fabric of the left arm. No major damage on the cushion. The cushion is 5" high from the floor. It has the brass rivets stitched along the cushion all the way around the front. The arm is 24 1/2" high from the floor. Each arm of the sofa has embossed hand crafted grape leaf design. There is a wooden surface damage on the top right arm. The stitching at the back along the left arm has come detached about 2" The legs are very stunning with the hand carvings on wood about 2 3/4" thick. The end of the legs have brass wheels about 1" diameter. There is a tear at the back on right foot area of the upholstery about 2" but it is not noticeable. The back felt cover is purple/ blue, it is faded. There are rusty nails holding back cover, that is partially torn off. The bottom of the couch covered with the fabric, it is old, has no tears. All the tears mentioned can be fixed. All is in great shape. This piece is really classic antique look, was kept well by our grandmother circa 1800's. Sold as is. Local pick-up only. Up for bids is a great victorian rattan/wicker couch. I purchased it up in the semi-ghost town of Moro Oregon after passing it multiple times in front of the old Moro Hotel covered verandah. It is in decent display/light use quality. But needs some work. Parts are brittle, one or two fiddleheads need to be glued, or re- rattaned, and the seat eventually will need restoration. A beautiful Victorian sitting couch I had it completely refurbished about3 yrs ago. Everything from inside out was re-stuff. Strung, glued, hand waxed and original brass wheels were found to replace broken ones. I had it reupholstered in a dramatic cream. Robin's egg blue and charcoal gray strip. Fainting couch that makes unfolds into a bed. I have had this for many years and just never got around to having it re-upholstered. I put that it was made from around 1900.But it may be older or younger. If you know,please let me know. Although I never used it for a bed,When opened into a bed, I never knew what it was suppose to lean on(the opened end should have something to support it) Anyway,it has always been different than other fainting couches that I've seen. I hope someone can use it. It is quite heavy and measures approximately 71" long.24" wide(closed) and 19" high at the foot and 25" high at the head. This is an amazing antique sofa recently reupholstered in silver velvet. We estimate it to be maybe 100 years old or more. It was an amazing find at an estate sale. We had it completely reupholstered. Including the three pillows with striped silk and gold edging. This sofa is very massive and heavy. It probably weighs around 200-300 pounds. Structurally very solid. Not wobbly or unsteady. Built to last! We would keep it but we are moving to a smaller place and it simply won't fit. Check the dimensions! This Victorian style sofa. We believe was made around 1920, but could possibly be older. It is in excellent, sturdy condition, considering its age. 6 and 1/2 feet wide. 2 and a half feet deep, 34 inches tall from bottom of foot to top of crown. The intricate details are hand carved in the 3 front legs and ornate crown piece. We believe this is made of walnut. And has a walnut colored finish. There are some scratches to the finish, but all appear to be minor. certainly able to be sanded out if someone had a mind to refinish the wood. There does not appear to be any major damage at all. This is definitely not the original fabric. It has been lovingly reupholstered in this light denim colored fabric with off white rose print. The upholstery appears to be in great condition. I have not seen any holes or stains. The same fabric is under the cushions ... moreas well(see photo) It also includes two matching throw pillows of the same fabric. Also in great condition. This antique original reproduction from the 1940's by Pelham. Shell and Leckie of Montgomery, Alabama has original stuffing, springs and fabric. The wood trim along the back has a slight crack and the seat has collapsed. The webbing has aged and came loose when sat on recently causing the collapse. We are pleased to offer this beautiful antique(late 19th century) Victorian chaise chair/sofa. This is a stunning piece that features an ornate. Carved wood frame and tall cane back. The chaise is quite large, measuring 6 feet in length. The seating area is covered in a beautiful fabric with French, Neoclassical pattern. There are 8 legs which feature block and turned wood. Arched, carved wood stretchers attach in between each leg on the long sides. There are stretcher supports that also run under the chaise, but these are not decorative. The chaise has been painted white(not sure if it is original) It is in good antique condition. The paint is chipping/peeling. The cane in intact with a small worn area in the center. As expected, It is not as taut as it once was but it is not loose and is still attached. The frame is good with some"wiggle" ... moredo to its age. The fabric is probably vintage as it is in very good condition with no rips, stains, etc. There is nail head trim which is also older. Sofa VICTORIAN COUCH Edwardian Federal Hand-Carved GREEN Early 1930s Hepplewhite
NOTE. I WILL CONSIDER SHIPPING THIS FREIGHT, BUT IT WON'T BE CHEAP, SHIPPING WILL LIKELY BE AROUND $500 FOR THIS ITEM IF YOU WANT TO TRY IT, BUT THAT'S JUST AN ESTIMATE. This auction is for a beautiful revival couch from the late 1920s. Early 1930s. Hard to say what the style is, but it seems like a combination of Federal and Hepplewhite. The pictures wash out the color a bit, it's a little brighter than you see. The one with the straight-up shot of the post gives you the best indication of the color. We hate to see this go, the carving on it is absolutely beautiful and exquisite, but we don't have the room and with kids in the future it's not very practical and will likely get damaged. As you can see, has some minor damage. The buyer will either want to reupholster the entire thing, or DIY fix it themselves. Honestly, ... morethe repairs should be pretty easy to perform. You have two areas on the front that should be very easy to stitch, one small area at the top back cushion, and also the back part(see pictures) where you'll need to retack the material. It's really not that difficult. Or, get the whole thing done with whatever material you want. The original foam was hardened from age, so we restuffed the cushion ourselves. The bottom of the couch has a little give but the springs still provide support. You don't need to have these fix, currently we simply have a wide board in there to disperse weight, but there are actually slips you can get that safeguard further wear or the need to have it resprung. The main thing about this piece is the carving, it's awesome. Incredible detail with lots of plant-like forms, arrows, things like that. It's a really nice couch, and actually quite comfortable. Antique Settee Antique settee set! Rare sofa and loveseat. Beautiful carved wood with wheels on the feet. The sofa fabric is faded. The loveseat fabric does not appear to be faded. However. This set is still lovely. This set would be great for a parlor room or living room. I could not find maker's signature and I am not sure of the age. I bought it at an estate liquidation sell and I am not sure if the fabric is orignal. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Local pick up is also available.

Available is an authentic antique Victorian full sized sofa couch. It has been fully restored and reupholstered by Amish craftsmen. The upholstery is a heavy rich creamy ivory/white brocade with a satin finish. The carved wood I believe is rosewood. The seat cushion is one single removable cushion. The couch hasn't been used since it was reupholstered and restored. There is one flaw- a chip to the top of one of the flowers on the top left hand side of the couch. Please see the last photo. Otherwise. The sofa is in excellent vintage condition and the upholstery is spotless.
