A very fine antique. Circa 1880's, carved plain oak Gothic style three door and three drawer bookcase. It will break down into sections for easy transport and reassembly. The original strap hinges are nockel finish brass. Retains the three door locks and escutcheons, no key. The drawers retain the original matching style pulls. The three glass panels are new replacement. The unstained interior has five solid plain oak adjustable shelves. Some minor stains to the right side interior, and right drawer bottom interior. I am selling my antique mahogany bookcase that I have had for so many years. We are downsizing to retire. It solid wood. Has hand carved finials and topper and the size is graduated. Each shelf gets wider as you go down the curio. It is 36" wide and 70" tall. Very versatile. I have used this as a curio étagère with do dads on it. Also used it as a bookcase for years. Height of shelving is PERFECT. 13" tall on the bottom shelf. Next up is 12" next up is 11" and so on.
