This style was the most prominent and the best made of the 4 cast versions. It is made of polished brass and then aged to match your original knobs. Up for purchase is an Original Globe Wernicke Barrister Bookcase door knob. This knob was off of a Globe Wernicke Sectional Bookcase C-11 Unit; Pattern 111- Grade 198. According to the Globe-Wernicke USA website the grade of 198 is a plain oak with an antique. Medium-dark gloss finish with copper oxidized hardware.
