Knob width at the TOP DIAMETER is 1 3/16" TOTAL KNOB HEIGHT is 7/8" BASE WIDTH IS 1/2" These are the correct size and profile for the drawer bases for Globe Wernicke® and Macey stack units(although they work great for Gunn, Lundstrum, Weis, Danner and others as well) There were at least 8 different styles of knobs. This style was the most prominent and the best made of the 4 cast versions. It is made of polished brass and then aged to match your original knobs. Here is a marvelous early 20th century American dark quartersawn oak barrister arts and craft style stacking bookcase with sliding old glass doors on it's four shelves. It is in very nice condition for it's age as shown including old metal arts& crafts style door pulls. These pulls are almost identical to the door pulls on the Limbert desk shown with this bookcase in my final three photo's. In those pictures I show a second barrister bookcase shown in the final photograph. In golden oak with three shelves, also with old glass. Both the Limbert desk and the other old bookcase are also early 20th century arts and crafts style pieces like the dark oak bookcase in this listing, and available through my ebay store through separate auctions. There are four 11 inch tall shelf units, each with a sliding door with intact old glass, with shelves that measure 32 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches deep, front to back with 9 1/2 inches clearance above the shelf. The bonnet section on top is 4 inches tall while the base measures 10 inches in height. I took these pictures in both the shade and full sun so you could see both the finish and patina. Mission-style antique dark oak revolving / rotating bookshelf / bookcase 53"h
This is a lovely antique Mission-style rotating bookshelf in dark oak. Its dimensions are: 53" high. 23" X 16.5" top(which is the largest width/depth of the piece) It rotates very easily-no noise or dragging whatsoever. The bookshelf is on wheels which makes it very easy to move around when empty. I would guess that it was refinished prior to my having purchased it(10-15 years ago) as the finish is in excellent condition. Buyer needs to pick up in San Jose OR arrange shipping.
