The pins are intact. Supporting three adjustable shelves. Wavy glass. Paper label and ink-stamped production number are on the back. There is a push button knob on the right door. And a clever roller latch/ throw bolt system at the top/bottom of both doors. When the right door is opened, the left is simultaneously released. When the right door is shut it forces the throw bolts on the left door to extend into the wood frame at the top and bottom, securing both doors shut. Size: 31.5" wide. 11.25" deep, 47.5" tall on casters. Model 340. Most examples of this form I've seen are 34" wide, this one is 31.5" Great size for fitting in many spots within the home. Push button handle and wavy glass. Two adjustable shelves w/ the 8 original metal shelf support pins. Very good condition. Oak is undamaged and in clean condition. Sturdy w/out any looseness. Very minor wear to the dark fumed finish. Of course there are some minor issues.there is a seam separation on the top. And a slight offset seam at the top of the right slab side panel. Looking at it from the back, the plywood panel is rough along the right edge w/ some chipping and missing veneer(touched up) Some glue blocks under the base were missing and have been replaced. Condition: Used Location: Hatfield, United States Antique Mission Oak Library Desk I can find no markings on this except a#17 in pencil in the drawer slide and a# 17 in pencil in the drawer. I assume ... morethey did this so they would know which drawer went with which desk, and does not allude to who made the desk. I got this from my wife's uncles estate. He was 96 when he passed and he got this desk from his parents estate in Spokane Wa. when they passed. It is made from solid oak and on the ends of the top board you can see that the top is tongue and grooved. Very hard to show in the pictures. I don't know tiger oak from quarter sawn oak so you be the judge. There is some what appears to be grey paint on one corner of the top. please see pictures. Someone drove 2 finish nails about 2' long into the top of one of the legs. One leg has a chip out of it at the bottom about the size of a quarter and another leg has a little grey paint at the bottom of one side. See pictures. I have made no attempt to repair. Clean or restore the finish on this desk, it is in the condition it was given me in. All in all this desk is in great vintage condition given its age. Top of desk 36 1/2" wide x 24 1/2" deep and the desk top is 29 1/2" above the floor. Will ship via Greyhound Bus to a station of your choice for you to pick up. This is a beautiful mission oak hat/coat rack with plate display shelf. The 7 Hooks are Brass Cherubs This shelf was made in the early 1900s. It measures 45 1/2" long and it is 15 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" deep and has two grooves for displaying plates. It is in excellent vintage condition. It does have a small crack near the plate rack grooves on the shelf(shown in the last picture) but does not compromise any function It has metal brackets on the top of the back for hanging. Description: This is a nice antique barrister bookcase by Lundstrom from the early 1900s Mission and Arts& Crafts period in good condition. The piece is made of mahogany and has nice dark color. It is well made and has a great leaded glass section at the top(the back of this section has been replaced in the past. There is a footed base and the piece is signed as pictured. The issue with this piece is the bottom section door ... morewhich is not large enough to completely cover the section. Otherwise this is an excellent piece. Famous Maker 3 SECTIONS SOLID OAK Offered is a nice Mission Oak bookcase with lift-up and slide-in glass doors which are all in working condition. Each section is marked with the Macey trade mark. It is solid and sturdy. It stands evenly on the floor. The windows have antique wavy glass and there are NO breaks. The sections are graduated in size(9" 11" 13" this is a nice feature for storing different size books. Sections are interchangeable allowing for larger books on top or on the bottom. The buyer can take this bookcase home& use it. I can't say how long we have had these bookcases but can say they are a quality set and will have a major effect on a room when it comes to decorating. The bookcase has a removable top lid or crown, 3 stackable sections with glass doors, and a base. The brighter photos were taken with a flash. The bookcase is all original& retains all original parts, glass, knobs, sections. The condition is above average to better. It does need a polishing but that is minor. There are minor surface rub marks& use marks. There are no structural problems, the top lid's surface is solid wood& not the usual veneer, the wood is quartered oak(what ever that is) and shows a lot of grain through-out the cabinet& doors. Antique mission oak barrister 2 stack bookcase refinished outside painted inside
This 2 section barrister bookcase has been refinished on the outside maybe 20 years ago and painted on the inside and on the back in a blue/grey sort of color. Probably done at the same time as the finish. The spots that might have revealed the maker name have paint on them so I am selling it as maker unknown. In addition to the 2 sections, it comes with the original top or crown, and a base with drawer. It also features metal side straps between each section and the scissor mechanism for the doors. No problems with the 2 glass doors. In fact, I see no problems at all. With the square straight legs it is very mission looking and being from about 100 years ago, I think we can safely call it authentic mission furniture in every way except the finish, although a lot of mission furniture WAS this color when it was new. The joints are all tight ... moreand all sections lock together easily and correctly. While only a 2 stack, it is a big 2 stack with each section able to take books as much as 13 1/2 inches tall. The over all measurement are 34 inches wide as most of these are, and with base and crown a total of 45 inches tall. It is a full 14 inches deep from knobs to back. This Macey tiger quartered oak doublewide(barrister) 5-stack bookcase with wooden panes(panels) is a fantastic piece. In great working order; all door mechanics functioning. Ca 1900-1920. Stamped Macey(Fred Macey Mfg Co) Very good to excellent overall condition nicely aged patina inside and out early dark finish and door glass looks to be all original. The close up photos provide extent of wear. But the four photos from 3 to 6 feet of the entire piece and both sides give an idea of the overall appeal. Two small bottom door knobs not original. Top has scratches/scuffs. The bottom legs have dings and normal wear to the finish. This five section stacking"lawyer's" bookcase is entirely original from about 1905 during the Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period. The base and top are separate stacking pieces as well. The original deep finish on quarter sawn oak is very well preserved. It has been waxed and buffed so an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth will maintain its warm patina. Doors have original wavy glass and pyramidal oak knobs on this American made antique furniture. The labels are mostly missing. This appears to be from famous maker, Globe Wernicke" of Cincinnati, Ohio. Four identical sections fit books up to 8 1/2" wide and 9 1/2" tall. The is a misson lawyers bookcase from Globe Wernicke. Label says 898 mission oak finish and each of the 4 sections are labeled. I think the finish is fumed oak and is a lovely mission look. 55 inches tall. 11 inches deep and 34 inches wide. 4 sections with a seperate top and bottom. Bottom has a nice drawer. Original finish. Original antique wavy glass. All doors open nicely and have all inside door mechanisms. All hardware is original except for 2 knobs which were replaced at some poit. They were like that when I bought it. Nice shape, light expected wear. Easy to move. If you are in Queens or Brooklyn or manhattan, I could bring the bookcase to you for $45 cash in my highlander. A very fine antique. Circa 1905, Globe-Wernicke quartersawn oak five stack bookcase, with the bottom drawer section and the top cap. The stack interiors are maple. All oak doors retain their original wavy glass, and square brass knobs. Original brass pulls to drawer. The barrister type bookcase measures 6'1" 73" tall by 2'10" 34-1/2" wide by 11" deep, each stack 12" tall. Paper labels to interior read: size D 10-1/4, grade 299-1/2. Excellent condition: original finish, quartersawn oak boards without chips or cracks. All glass panels are without damage. Brass knobs and drawer pulls with dark patina.

Antique Globe Wernicke Mission Oak Barrister Grade 898
This a misson lawyers bookcase from Globe Wernicke. Label says 898 quartersawn oak mission finish and each of the 4 sections are labeled. I think the finish is fumed oak and is a lovely mission look. 55 inches tall. 11 inches deep and 34 inches wide. 4 sections with a seperate top and bottom. Bottom has a nice drawer. Original finish. Original antique wavy glass. All doors open nicely and have all inside door mechanisms. All hardware is original except for 2 knobs which were replaced at some point. They were like that when I bought it. Nice shape, light expected wear. Easy to move. If you are in Queens or Brooklyn or manhattan, I could bring the bookcase to you for $45 cash in my highlander. Gustav Stickley Antique Mission Oak 719 Bookcase - Original Finish
Please check out my seller's list for more items! DESCRIPTION-You are bidding on an Original Gustav Stickley Antique Bookcase No. 719 as shown. Dimensions are approximately 59 1/2" wide x 56" high x 13 1/2" deep. This bookcase is a 2 door form with 12 panes per side. The Gustav Stickley mark is on the left hand side of the bookcase- top shelf(7th pic) I don't have the key but the iron pulls are included. I may be missing something that is important to you so please ask any questions. CONDITION- Three panes broke when we moved the bookcase from my aunts house to mine. The Iron V Pulls were removed but are included- see 8th picture- those look rusty. The finish is original- no work done and has somewhat faded where exposed to light. No stains that I can see. Please note that my aunt added"hooks" to the top right ... moreshelf and the shelf below it to display cups with the saucers underneath(10th and 11th Pic) I don't see any obvious cracks.
