Here is a extremely rare 1910 West Virginia license plate for sale. This plate was obtained by me from the late C.O. Baugher.a noted Virginia license plate collector about 25 years ago.He had some chip repair professionally done.I have never seen a better job done in 40 years of collecting!The chip repair was in the upper left bolt slot area,some in the LICENSED lettering,and some in the W VA.There may be some other places but these are the ones i know for sure.
