The open lid jar has some fleabites on the interior edge and in a few other spots on the crystal. The closed lid jar did have any observable issues.

This auction is for a Lovely Antique Set of 3 Art Nouveau Covered Porcelain Dresser or Powder Jars made by W. Adams& Co. of Tunstall. England in 1912. They are in the company's Striking Athene Border Pattern and beautifully decorated in a classic Art Nouveau pattern of embossed fleur de lis and flowers and ribbons and bows in colorful raised enamel paint of Red. Blue, turquoise and yellow. The set consists of two matching covered jars that measure 2 1/2 inches tall and a larger one that measures 3 1/2 inches tall. Each lid and the bottom of the larger jar are marked Athena Border W. Adams& Co. Tunstall England and has a Registration Number of 612418. Which dates the pieces to 1912. I believe they were originally designed as powder jars. The pieces are in very good condition. Especially for their age. There are no chips or cracks ... moreor repairs to any of the pieces. No makers marks but there are 3 initials on the base that read CRD in a green ink mark. This is a squatty thick porcelain with a red floral design that has a wide metal band of brass with a working clasp on the front. No cracks or chips on the porcelain but the single rear hinge on the back is quite loose and the horizontal pin that fits in the hinge slides out and would likely need replacement/repair. With that single hinge loose the lid is loose as it sits now. Overall a beautiful floral vintage addition to any vanity or dresser. Please see pictures. The single rear hinge is quite loose and the small metal horizontal pin the fits inside the hinge frame is loose and slides out. That hinge may need replacement/repair please see pictures.
