Mark 11, overglaze decorating Mark in red with“ELITE” PRINTED ABOVE Arms and“LIMOGES FRANCE” printed below, ca. 1920-1932. It is signed by artist“George Jeffery” and also has large gold monograms on bottom. The bowl is oval shaped with scalloped edges and has four large scroll feet. It measures approximately 10 ½” x 8” at the mouth and is 5 ¼” tall. The size is impressive. It is hand painted inside and out with a floral designs and is elaborately decorated with gold and pink, all on a white background. Rare Delicate Meissen Jewelry Box/Trinket. Decorated with a castle in dark blue in the front and the sky in light blue as background, made in Germany. Around the castle and the sky are incised cherry flowers and tree branches under transparent glaze. The castle is incised(you can know that that when touching it) and is under transparent glaze as well. Dimensions: 5 1/2' in diameter, and 2 5/8' in height. No chips. Cracks, nor crazing. The item is in superb condition.

Vintage 1920 GERMANY Lusterware Basket of Roses Lidded Jewelry Trinket Box Dish
This is a beautiful lusterware trinket box made in Germany roughly around the 1920s. It measures 4 inches in diameter by 3 inches tall. The beautiful flowers that adorn the top of the trinket lid have been painstakingly painted with beautiful colors and intricate detail. Some of the luster has worn away where it shows white instead of yellow. Also if you look very very closely you'll notice that some of the flowers seem to be chipped. 1870-1920 Franz Anton Mehlem, Bonn Beautiful Porc Floral Sardine Box/Underplate
This is a beautiful older piece which bears the Franz Anton Mehlen Bonn. Y Rhein impressed mark. The mark was used by the maker from 1870 through 1920. It stands for the makers name and location which was upon the Rhine River. Mehlem began his production in 1848, and worked with Bonn, of Royal Bonn, from 1890 through 1920. It presents in very good condition, despite its great age. There are no chips, cracks, or paint loss to the floral design. There is some minor discoloration to the inside of the box which can be viewed in the photos. Also, some of the gold trim has been worn from age, but this is to be expected. None of this is serious, nor does it detract from the look or beauty of the piece. Please view all the photos for a detailed look at all the aspects of the box. There is a fish shaped finial in the middle of the lid, and the remainder ... moreof the design is a pretty floral. The flowers are yellow with golden centers and green buds and stems. Including the attached under plate, it measures 7 and a 1/4 in; and the attached box section in the center is 4 and a 1/2 in by 5 in. The weight is approximately 2 and a 1/2 pounds. This is a special piece. It is very pretty to look at, has a great amount of European history, and has done a tremendous job standing up to the test of time.
