So you have to make up your own mind as to the firm who produced this little box, but I can assure you it is 19th century as should be clear in the photographs, the age is determined by the gilded metalwork, the mark looks like Meissen, but there are so many different Meissen marks, I am unable to offer it as made by Meissen, you have to buy it as I did, many years ago in France. Bigger than other patch boxes I have seen. It is inch and a half(35mm) high, two and a quarter inches(57mm) wide, and just over two inches(53mm) front to back. Magnificent quality Meissen style large porcelain box. Box made in Germany 1870-1890 not marked. Five sides decorated with magnificent quality paintings and gold decoration. All paintings is deferent.Color and quality is superior. Inside box also decorated with hand painted decoration(see pictures) Henge on the box made from bronze.Very decorative,hand made.
