With some cutwork. Dated to about 1928. The single sheet is 81" wide and about 85" long. It has 1 cluster of stains and 3 other small spots. When sheet is folded it has very light brown fading to nothing from scallop down 12" and then right angles for about 5" It is so light I am not sure it will show on the pictures. No holes. One light stain and fraying/hole to one scallop. This is a great piece of linen. Not threadbare. The matching pillowcases/shams are 29" long and 24" wide. The bottom edge was sewn closed by hand. Beautiful stitching throughout. The scallopped ... moreedge continues around the whoe edge. And the embroidery also. One sham has 2 black dots. And a larger faded stain by the monogram. This sham also has 1" tear to a scallop under the monogram. The other sham has light washed out stains above the monogram. That is the only defect to this sham. It was extremely well done and features open umbrellas in a rain storm. It measure approx. 31 x 8 1/2" It will accommodate 2 umbrellas. There are a couple very minor stains, a loss to the border area and what appears to be a newer hem to the bottom. The material appears to be linen. There are two hanging hoops on top. Vtg/Antique Victorian Linens 6 Doilies,Table Runners, Flower Baskets
6 antique doilies. Runners. I'm not sure of the exact age but if they're not actually antique they're close to it. Picture 2 is a 6" doily crocheted of a shiny thread I don't see any more and it's heavy for it's size. 3 is an 8" doily that I believe is handmade from a cotton thread but the design is shiny also. It looks like Irish lace. 4 is a scarf or table runner 50"x14" The embroidery is outstanding, it's a shiny thread but it feels like cotton. It's varieagated a cream, white, blue, yellow,lavender, that is so pale it depends on the light hitting it to tell the color. The flowers look like a long and short stitch. It has a few flaws, the black/dark green design is missing some stitches, on this same sidethere are a couple of what looks like water marks near the basket and a small hole ... moreto the right of the basket. They're all hard to see but you should be able to see it on the scan. 6& 7 is a scarf 42" x 13" beige with a purple rayon fringe.I saw on small brown spot and a discolored spot next to it to the right of the design, between the black line and fringe. The embroidery was done with rayon thread, it's very bright and shiny. 8& 9 is a runner 29" x 23"plus 3" fringe on each end. It's cream with purple embroidery, I believe perle thread, and a pulled thread design. 10,11,12 is a pillow cover measuring 17"x15" plus 2" cotton fringe The fringe is unusual, it is tied in the center and a nice edging. It's double and sewn by hand when you put the pillow inside. The flowers look like felted wool sewn on separately with embroidered leaves. I know this has a special name when it's molded flowers but felted I don't know. The color has run slightly on the beige. I've pointed out every flaw I could see but I think they've held up well for their age and wouldn't be noticeable in use.

There are two smaller Fingertip towels(appear to be linen) and one larger one which I would call a Hand Towel. The other two pieces are embroidered. They are in very good condition. One of A Kind Handmade Doll Crafted from Antique Linens Hankies and Buttons
This doll is handcrafted in Lancaster County. Pa. using the fine linens, hankies and buttons of yesteryear. Each doll is unique and made from uncut hankies, doilies and some bits of lace that have come down through the years in good condition. Called Grandma's Special Blessings, each is embellished with old buttons from Grandma's button box. This particular doll is named Tatted Tanya as she is made using a red tatted lace edged hankie. Beneath a lovely ecru hankie with an airy embroidered corner and delicate lace apron. Her fancy Victorian buttons have a raised steel beaded type star flower in the center.truly wonderful! She is about 15" long and 8" wide and is a very unique creation to enhance a display. So sweet, she will make a wonderful gift for a special friend also.

There are two pulled thread tablecloths or table runners. They both are 32" x 99" and have no stains or holes with wonderfully smooth fabric. May be linen. There is a linen towel with a great cotton crochet edging that has the initials LM embroidered on it. It's 22" x 46" A linen dresser scarf with extra special crochet edging with tassels. It's 18" wide and 66" long. The silverware holder is made of white pique cotton and lined with soft cotton inside as to not scratch the silver! It has embroidery on the edges and an embroidered design at one end. There is the original watered silk ribbon still attached. It's 9" wide and 116" ... morelong. Morris Chair Offering this original back piece from 19th century Morris Chair. I had an old Morris Chair that I always planned on restoring. Not getting around to it. The original rod-holder brackets are still well attached(I am offering the brackets for the body of the chair in another listing. The edging/ cording/ braiding appears to be from the 1920s or 1930s. There are 10 types of edging: black; dark green; purple; green& gold; brown& gold; coral& blue; brown. Gray, gold& rust; gold& rust; red& gray; gold& red. All the cord is wound around rectangular pieces of wood covered in plain paper. They generally smell and look good and the inheritors had a story that we believed. Good Evening. This 32 page. Softcover, advertising book 10.25" x 8" book, New Outlooks for Every Home" is published by the Times Printery of Scranton, PA, and advertises the Scranton Lace Company's array of gorgeous laces, curtains, linens, and bedspreads. Highly saturated color combinations of various room designs borrow heavily from the Aesthetic up to early Art Deco styles. The front cover has a creased upper right corner. The back cover shows dirt and a few fingerprints. All interior pages are free of any tears. Creases, foxing, odors, or other damage. Very light thumb-creases may be observed under strong light; the stock is semi glossy. Due to softness at the center. The middle page has come away from the staples.
