It is made of beautifully grained Mahogany wood. Note ... morethe stunning grain on the single board top! The Tray has all hand dovetailed corners. There is a cloth material affixed to underside of the tray to help reduce scratching to the table top. Here are the dimensions with the tray sitting in place: Height: 22 3/4 inches Width: 28 1/4 inches Depth: 19 3/4 inches Weight: 20 pounds The condition for age overall is very good. A few things to note is there are 2 very old cracks in the tray itself. The table needs to be tightened up as it is a bit wobbly and the legs may have had some work attaching them to the table base some time in the past. I have not polished the table so is in as-found condition. Some scratches to table top, tray and the section below as well but only surface related and may be fine with a good polish. The trim edge around the table top where the tray sits in has some damage at two of the corners as shown in the photos. Both on the same side. An extremely similar tray, without the table, just sold here on ebay for $125, and not in this good of shape, so I believe I have a fair Buy it Now price but am open to offers so let me know what you are thinking. $820.63 Shipping Condition: Used Location: United Kingdom American Queen Anne Tilting Tea Table(Antique Side Table or Candlestand) Connecticut Connecticut River Valley. Late 18th Century Plain dish-molded top ... moreover birdcage support tenoned over a compressed-ball pillar terminating in triform snake feet Item# 130002YRW19 This is a fine American Queen Anne Antique Tea Table crafted during the last quarter of the 18th Century. Probably in the Connecticut River Valley. Of wonderful form and proportions, this very attractive piece is pure and relatively undisturbed, the finish being the only change over the last two centuries. Characterized by simplicity and a compression of lines, the design carefully balances the visual weight of the spherical top and oversized birdcage by squeezing the baluster as close to the legs as possible, perfectly dividing the mass of the table away from the midriff. The top is a work of art. Crafted of two solid Cherry boards joined nearly seamlessly, it was lathe-turned patiently and with great risk to the craftsman to produce a raised molded edge of the solid. The cleats are affixed to the underside of the top with symmetrically spaced original and undisturbed screws, these flanking the birdcage box structure that allows the top to spin freely. The birdcage is crafted with complex and possibly unusual construction, four baluster turned pedestals joined into the square(unidentified, possibly pine) softwood top and through the cherry bottom, the latter tenons wedged with splints for a pressured joint. Four iron bars penetrate at an angle down through the top and are twisted under the bottom, giving incredible strength and permanence to this delicate structure. An original clasp on the underside of the top still perfectly grasps the latch on the birdcage, both undisturbed with original screws still securing each(one later screw added to the clasp due to a loss at one corner) The solid cherry pedestal joins through the birdcage. Tapering as it penetrates the structure and is secured in a hollow in the top of the structure, joined with a wedged

18th CENTURY HEPPLEWHITE MAHOGANY INLAID CARD TABLE-SOUTH SHORE MASSACHUSETTS
LATE 18th CENTURY HEPPLEWHITE FIGURED MAHOGANY INLAID CARD TABLE ATTRIBUTED TO ABIEL WHITE WEYMOUTH MASSACHUSETTS With our compliments we are pleased to offer you this fine South Shore Massachusetts Circa 1780-90 Hepplewhite mahogany coca bola inlaid card table attributed to Abiel White of Weymouth. Massachusetts. It has semi eliptical top and base, a heavily crotched figured mahogany 4" apron with curved formed corners, three oval coca bola and satinwood inlaid panels, a fine inlaid coca bola& satinwood inlaid border running around the base of the apron and satinwood string inlay running around the leg blocks and the finely tapered legs. We noticed this piece was dry when it came in and gave it a feeding wax application before taking these photos so please excuse any shiny glare. This card table is 36" long, 17" wide and ... more29 1/2" tall. It has a hinged swing out back leg that supports the card table when its opened to its 34 1/2" width. There is an old professional repair to the surface of the table's top under the folding lid. It has a few light scratches that will fill in when we give it a tinted waxing and buffing. We just don't like to wax pieces until they are leaving the shop. We are constantly moving the shop around and the wax gets smudged when we have to pick up a waxed piece to move it. Lastly we noted a very small chip of wood gone near the left lower lid. We are sending this over to our woodworker for a splice that will be completely invisable. We have deep connections to the South Shore of Massachusetts and Weymouth. Abiel White was the decesendant of Mayflower passenger Perigreen White of Marshfield, Massachusetts. We are very proud to offer an Abiel White piece(we have only been able to find two in the last year) and we will see this piece gets the finest attention it deserves. As it stands right now this period card table is perfectly acceptable the way it stands but why not do a few hours of cosmetic work to make it simply perfect? We know you will appreciate i

English George III Chippendale Late 18th Century Mahogany Tilting Side Tea Table
Very Fine English Chippendale Period Highly Figured Mahogany Slipper Foot Tilt Top Tea Table Third quarter of the 18th Century. C. 1750-70 Item# 110005LHP25 The grace of this piece is found in the highly figured top. A single solid plank of mahogany hand planed carefully to create a perfect smooth surface. A glowing deep patina shines through the years of waxed layers preserving the entire piece. Hand carved fully original cleats connect the top to the base, with four hand made screws that appear to be original, and two later replaced screws attaching the cleats to the original top. A replaced brass catch on the underside of the table top functions fully to secure the table in a resting postion; the shape of the original brass catch was circular, still evident as an impression around the current catch. The pedestal tenons through the square ... morebase. With the letters"DL" still visible at the tenon and in photos below. These could possibly be a signature of the craftsman who designed this table. The pedestal is carefully turned shaft culminates in a vasiform baluster, the three legs locking into the shaft with tight dovetail joints. The cabriole leg form is tight and sprung, the table almost poised to leap; the lines curve down and terminate in sharp well formed oval slipper feet. This is a fine piece for any home. Working easily in any number of design scenarios. In the upward tilted position, it is ideal to bring beauty to that empty corner or fill a long wall with two chairs on either side. Naturally, it functions wonderfully as a tea table or common side table, bringing elegance to any collection of furnishings. In very fine condition, with a deep glowing patinated finish and in a well preserved state, this is an outstanding find for the collector and designer alike. Measurements: Top measures 26 1/2" wide(along the grain) x 26" wide(across the grain- the 1/2" difference would be from shrinking across grains over time) 41 1/2" high in tilted position. 27" high in rested position;

IMPORTANT 18TH CENTURY COASTAL MAINE MAHOGANY ROPE CARVED WORTH TABLE
18TH CENTURY COASTAL MAINE MAHOGANY SHERATON ROPE CARVED WORK TABLE-SAMUEL SEWALL CIRCA 1785 With our absolute thrill we are proud to bring you one of the most special work table we have seen in a very long time. This true late 18th Century solid cuban mahogany coastal(now Southern) Maine work table is. In our opinion attributable to Samuel Sewall. This is simply the best example of this school of furniture making. It has four robust turned carved legs that gives it a stout handsome presence and defines it with a very charming colonial American technique of carving that incorporates a technique of the larger city furniture making disciplines with a almost primitive technique of the earlier Coastal Maine mahogany pieces. This one just shredded all of our opinions and caused a very heated debate. Just everything is fabulous on this table. The ... moreonly negative and we are not going to make any apologies or excuses for it are two plugs crudely, but charmingly applied to fill the key holes. Why? We can't guess. If that bothers you just pop them out and reset two simple half mortise locks back in the channels. We are just not going to touch it or anything about it. For those of you who follow us you'll note work tables are something of a specialty of ours. This is one of the best we have had in years in the category that gets our hearts racing. This specimen has a fabulous first finish and untouched so pure first surface. A true 18th Century New England gem! We are seriously considering reducing costs, energy, and assets by obviating Important American Furniture sales and just doing it all right here. We will see. So far we have just met the most wonderful and educated collectors here and we can't see why that won't just get better. This table's measurements are 17" long, 22" wide(deep) 29" tall and it is 33 1/2" long with its leaves locked open. 18TH CENTURY PERIOD QUEEN ANNE TIP TOP BIRD CAGE TEA TABLE IN MAHOGANY-WONDERFUL
18TH CENTURY QUEEN ANNE MAHOGANY TIP TOP BIRD CAGE TEA TABLE-BOSTON CIRCA 1760'S With our compliments and as we continue our process to bring you the very finest treasurers from New England estate we are pleased to offer you this fabulous last half of the 18th Century Queen Anne Period mahogany Tip Top Birdcage Tea Table. This is simply the living end on these fabulous colonial American treasures. It is its first finish with a cleaned surface. The table has a magnificent presence and one of the best formed Birdcages you will ever see. It has the classic Boston wide pad with molded accented feet. Its solid Cuban mahogany top is cut employing fabulous crotched mahogany figuring. It has its original lock and refreshing touched very little. We do not that somewhere in its life the top took a clean split when someone forced the top while the ... morelock was engaged. It was very well repaired and we see this very often on these pieces. We are in the process of researching markets right here. Thus far it has been tremendously received. Our ultimate goal is to obviate expensive sale productions. Cut that cost out and give incentives to buy here with streamlined sales, reasonable prices& rapid shipping safe shipping methods of fine period pieces. This is every ounce of a $3,000- $5,000 piece in the proper sales setting with noted condition. We are offering it for about a third of its bottom number. Our buyers are well educated, know what they are looking at and respond quickly. American Furniture prices are rebounding and overall it has done well next to numerous other methods of investments. It has a 28" top, stands 27" tall and the top is 43" tall when it is displayed in its tipped position. We thank you for viewing our lovely table. OLD Antique Flame Mahogany American Games Table 18th C on Mid Century Base
This is a marriage of a very old beautiful table top and mid century base and legs. The top of table is amazing. It believe it is flame mahogany. There was some type of apron around the bottom edge that has been removed. As you can see there is a huge patina difference where it was. The bottom of table has never been stained. There is a mid century base that has been added to make it a coffee table height. I am not a furniture expert. But I estimate the table top to be 18th or early 19th C. The base and legs are 1950's or 60's. Table is about 35 inches across. I think it is just two mirror image boards. There is a partial age crack that is lighter colored on the bottom, but It does not go all the way across.You can't see it at all on the top. The table is in very good to excellent condition with some minor wear as shown. I have ... moretaken several close ups for your consideration. There are also a couple of small knots in the bottom of table. They are not on the top. I see no shadow of where a base would have been in the middle. This is a mystery table.Very interesting! If you know about furniture, I would like to hear your opinion of the age of the table top. What do you think?

LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY NY STATE SHERATON PERIOD MAHOGANY WORK TABLE
LATE 18TH CENTURY/EARLY 19TH CENTURY NEW YORK SHERATON PERIOD MAHOGANY WORK TABLE With our compliments we are pleased to offer you this sweet clean late 18th to early 19th century period New York Sheraton period two drawer work table. This is a great work table and reasonably priced bargain for entry level collectors not ready yet for the hefty prices of more significant work tables. It is executed in a boldly grained crotched mahogany. Cherry and sap woods with great grain accents. This piece has some typical old but stable seasoning cracks on its top and reverse panels otherwise, and we make no apology or excuses for this(its a very typical issue with wide plank old growth furniture planks) It stands on four squared off legs with intricate turnings. It is 21 1/2" long, 17 1/2" wide and 29" tall. RECENT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NOTICE* ... moreWe knew this was an eventuality as seller’s operating at the level we are. Seller’s have very few rights on the eBay sales platform except to pay thousands in fees each month& tolerate it. Nevertheless this still remains one of the safest ways there is for both buyers and sellers to interact. We have been recently victimized by an extortionist and will not dignify his remarks. We can only dispute this situation with the following: If we paid this person several thousand dollars he would remove his negative feedback and this person is required to register with the police in any community he may reside in. We are not strangers to many of you. We are deeply disturbed over this sad event& there isn’t much else we can do about it until we can obtain some judicial relief. Thank you for your understanding. Antique Georgian Mid 18th Century Brass Inlaid Mahogany Tripod Table
A very good quality mid 18th century tilt top tripod table. With a one piece top, wrythen turned column, and brass inlaid feet. There are plenty of Georgian tripod tables that loosely fall into the category of mid range furniture, this one is much better than most. If anyone is seriously looking for a tilt top table this one is worth consideration. It is made from very good Cuban or Spanish mahogany, the top is cut from one plank. It measures 31 inches across and is still probably as flat as when it was finished, with good figure and in virtually unmarked condition. Like most furniture it has no makers mark, the feet are inlaid with brass, a nice bit of added detail. The only maker I know that inlaid brass into tables like this is Frederick Hintz, maybe whoever made this had seen his work. Overall height is aprox. 28 inches, general condition ... moreis very good, the legs and the base are solid, there has been some repair here. There is a very old metal plate to one foot, see images) I suspect one of the legs got broken, but the repair is good. The block and catch are good, there are some old worm flight holes here, this has been treated just to make sure. The finish is just wax, I have not French polished it. This is for collection only from the Diss area of Suffolk. IP22 2PS or arrange collection by carrier. I will get it ready for transport. 18th CENTURY QUEEN ANNE MAHOGANY DRAKE FOOT TABLE
SOLID FIGURED MAHOGANY 18TH CENTURY QUEEN ANNE PERIOD MASSACHUSETTS DRAKE FOOT TABLE With our compliments we are delighted to offer you this very special late Queen Anne Period to early Chippendale period solid figured mahogany drake foot table. This piece is in its first surface first finish and has wonderful structural integrity. We note that someone added approximately 6" on the width of each leaf about a century ago. They simply needed a wider table to seat more people. We received this piece having a small separation in its top plank that we had our woodworker close up. It is made with pegged construction fastening all its tenoned joints. The table employs wonderful solid wide plank crotched mahogany in its construction. It is 41 1/2" long. 18 1/4" wide, 50 1/2" with its leaves locked open and stands 28" tall. ... moreIt has gate legs that support its leaves with large carved wooden hinges and gambled shaped cut outs on each end of the table. We note some ancient(about 150 years old) insect damages to one piece of the pine secondary woods on the table's box but its just fine. We noted it so we are going to tell you about it with well illustrated photographs.This is an extremely important and very rare1st half of the 18th century table predating our American 18th Century ball& claw leg construction. Each of the gracefully formed legs has lamb's tongue grooved carvings leading up from its Drake carved feet. This is a $5000-$7000 piece in a proper Important American Furniture setting that we are offering for a mere fraction of its value. English George II Mahogany Antique Side Game Table, Mid 18th Century, Petite
CHEST OF DRAWERS ANTIQUE CHAIRS TABLES BRONZE SCULPTURES FINE PAINTINGS SCHOOL OF ORIGIN SUBJECT LAMPS. LIGHTING ENGLISH GEORGE II MAHOGANY FLIP TOP TURRET TOP GAME TABLE Mid 18th Century Item# 1403NQP22PP Of positively endearing proportions. This petite little table is generally considered a game table while probably never having been used for this purpose- it is a presentation piece, meant to be displayed in a hallway or living space and enjoyed for it's great beauty and not necessarily it's function. However, it certainly was crafted with tea time in mind, being of perfect dimensions for enjoying tea service in the afternoon with company. Of note is the careful treatment of the top, whereby the edging of the entirety of both top and bottom leaves are flawlessly molded with the carved egg-and-dart design, making it actually more ... moreattractive in it's fully opened position and allowing it to be placed between two chairs in a living space. This form of presentation leverages the sheer presence of the top, both leaves of which are hewn from solid single planks of brilliantly grained mahogany. The top has enjoyed quite careful climate control, as solid mahogany tops are particularly susceptible to cracking along the grain and becoming rather unattractive- however, due to the shrinking, the leaves do have a slight warp and the glue blocks no longer affix the top to the frame. We can fix this upon request by steaming two glue blocks to release the hide glue, then using hide glue to reaffix those blocks to the frame, or we can leave it as is and offer a small discount for you to have the work completed by your preferred furniture specialist. The frame of the table is crafted of mahogany planks tenoned into the corners. The front of the table with a drawer set in the perfect center with a scratched bead molding around the edges in simulation of cockbead molding. It is a fine little drawer, crafted of golden oak secondaries with tidy dovetail joints joining the sides and the bottom nailed into rabbets along the

Queen Anne Mahogany Tilt Top Candlestand Table 18th Century Snake Foot
Lovely little Queen Anne snake foot candlestand in mahogany. This has either the original surface or an extremely old refinish. You can see the hand planing marks and the tenon is a square tenon. All the screws are original old screws and there is no damage or repair to the piece. Lovely smooth as glass surface from years of polishing. It would probably be best to remove the top in shipping but I will leave that up to the buyer. It measures 29" high. The top is 14 1/2" by 28" and it is 7" high to the kick-up of the base. If you notice the one negative feedback listed for damage in shipping. Please take into account that the person's idea of damage was some minor scuffing to the book spine and he sent extremely abusive emails threatening a negative feedback if I didn't discount the price. I immediately offered a ... morefull refund plus return shipping which would have been done without his threats. I received no further emails, no books and one negative feedback instead. I have shipped porcelain, furniture and fragile cameos with no problems whether they were 10.00 or 800.00 and even though I have had external damage to the packaging, the items still arrived safely. EXCELLENT& IMPORTANT LATE 18TH CENTURY SALEM MASSACHUSETTS MAHOGANY PINEAPPLE CARVED WORK TABLE WITH SANDWICH GLASS PULLS With our compliments Bay Colony Antiques is delighted to offer you this most exceptional late 18th century Salem Massachusetts Sheraton three drawer mahogany work table with fully detailed pineapple carved columns. Original Sandwich glass pulls, cookie cornered shaped top, divided top drawer, the very best rope carved turned and tapered legs terminating in rings and compact ball feet. We carry one of the finest standing collections of work tables in the United States and proud to ad this to collection. We could attribute this picking anyone of several important Salem Mass furniture makers of the late 18th& early 19th century. When we make an attribution we do so with certainty. The fact is we have studied Salem ... moreFurniture for decades now. Intimately know the collections of the Peabody Essex Institute(America's finest jewel of museums with a special focus on the China Trade importation, the Colonies' maritime shipping industry& Salem Massachusetts furniture making history) and there was over 100 furniture makers& joiner's practicing in Salem alone. Many copied each other's works but this work table was made by one of the very best shops in practice. That is evidenced by the remarkable workmanship that went into the crating of this piece right down to details like cock bead molded drawers and figured book matched crocheted mahogany on all four sides of the case. The symbolism of the Sheraton rope twist leg on North Shore furniture originated out of one's wealth being made at sea. This specimen is 19 1/2" long, 17 3/4" wide and 28 3/4" tall. SUPERB 18TH CENTURY QUEEN ANNE PERIOD SOLID MAHOGANY DINING TABLE IN DEEP RICH ORIGINAL FINISH With our compliments Bay Colony Antiques is pleased to offer you this very well executed Circa 1740-50 Queen Anne period solid mahogany dining table. This is a fine true table with nice straight leaves and double finger jointed gate legs to support its large drop leaves. It has a very nice dovetailed table box that shows minimal derogation of its secondary woods. The only other thing we note is two of its leaves hinges were moved and re-secured. Photos available of its table box. That appears to have been done about a century ago. The table is in a very deep rich original finish and possesses superior formed pad feet. In our professional opinion this is a Rhode Island table. It has some nice old text on its base that we haven't had a second ... moreto attempt to decipher. This is a very solid table that will give you life time of hassle free service. It is 42" long. 22 1/2" wide with its leaves down and 49 3/4" with the leaves locked up. It stands 27 3/4" tall. 18TH CENTURY CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA QUEEN ANNE MAHOGANY TILTING TEA TABLE
SUPERIOR QUALITY CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA QUEEN ANNE PERIOD 18TH CENTURY MAHOGANY TEA TABLE WITH INCISED EDGE With our compliments Bay Colony Antiques is pleased to offer you this most exceptional solid Honduran mahogany 18th Century Queen Anne Tea table circa 1750's Charleston South Carolina. This is a superb specimen in original finish and amazing original structural integrity. For everyone we see only one in a 100 haven't been off their original tilter arms or the arms having been re-drilled and re-screwed. Not this one. We note four issues of minor consequence. 1. a minor professional repair to the securing top pedestal on the column. 2. The lock has been reset with newer screws but never moved on the body-lock also is missing actuating knob but can be manipulated with a small tool to lock and release smoothly and 3. Someone ... moreput a few new screws in the tilter arms. 4. The owner of the estate had a professional restoration preformed on the dovetailed joined base channels. They had dowels sunk to re-enforcement the pedestals by a woodworker. These are all the best things to see and not structurally altered is the big point here. This is a big heavy solid mahogany tilt table that has moving parts. After 250 years these don't hold up so well unless they were virtually never used. This one has seen a very charmed life with no digs. Scratches or evidences of any abuses. Its been loved and cherish purchased through Christies by a Vermont estate in the 1980's. It has a 35 1/2" top and is 28 1/2" tall on the best formed Queen Anne pad foot with a defining deep scribe line ruining around the tables edge. FINE AMERICAN QUEEN ANNE MAHOGANY TILT TOP TABLE. SOUTHERN STATES Chowan County. North Carolina; probably Edenton; c. 1750-80 Item# 409JPP04Z An exceptional surviving example in nearly untouched condition other than the fine finish. This American Queen Anne Round Tilting Top Tea Table is closely associated with a small grouping of furniture from the coastal North Carolina, particularly Edenton. The work center is distinct for it's use of a dovetailed box instead of a birdcage with pillars as the rotating and tilting functionary, a technique founded in British furniture but only known to have been employed in American furniture of coastal North Carolina, specifically Chowan County. Further related are the uses of a large turned boss in place of a tri-form iron bracket beneath the pedestal to secure the dovetailed legs to the base and the ... morescrolled volute leg returns at the juncture of the leg and pedestal. This is only hinted at in the present example, the soft roundel left unembellished as a simple scroll along the interior edge of each leg. Like most of the tables identified from this work center, the top is a thick and broad beautifully grained solid plank of mahogany, affixed to the dovetailed mahogany box on a pair of blunt ended cleats with original screws flanking projecting dowels from the box. The pedestal is striking for it's compressed urn and tight ring turnings beneath an elongated shaft. The legs have a soft and highly effective profile. The cabriole flowing into a rounded foot over thin pads of the solid. The table is preserved in outstanding condition with many layers of later finish over early color and deep patina, retaining it's original iron tombstone latch and brass catch with it's original hand filed steel screws, likewise with original unmoved cleats and most of it's original screws. The large turned boss remains affixed with it's original iron sprig nails. This is an exceptional investment grade selection for serious collectors of American works. Materials: All primar

English Hepplewhite Mahogany Antique Card or Game Table, 18th Century c. 1790
ENGLISH HEPPLEWHITE INLAID MAHOGANY ANTIQUE CARD TABLE With untouched structure and a warm surface. C. 1790 Item# 412KRA05 This gorgeous example of late 18th century craftsmanship is a testament to how a finely planned design can stand the test of time. Preserved in outstanding condition. This English antique card table presents pristine clean lines accentuated by satinwood stringer inlays in a form that remains relevant to the classical interior even today. The inlay of the legs is particularly effective, each with a steep triangular inlay that speeds up the taper of the leg almost imperceptibly. The ovolu form of the top softens the rectangular form of the table with inset curved corners; the apron of the table conforms to this shape, the facade divided into three distinct panels of vibrant flamed mahogany veneers framed in satinwood stringer ... moreinlay. Both back legs project on a knuckle joint. Allowing the top to flip open to rest solidly on a full four corners- the hinge placement is interesting and atypical, the craftsman utilizing hinges cast in an H-form to allow these to remain hidden behind the table. Both hinges are untouched and retain their original screws. When the back legs project, the open dovetailing of the frame is made visible at the rear corners. The rest of the apron construction is also pine, the ovolu corners constructed of laminated pine- meaning, the pine is cut to the shape of the corner in stacks, allowing a more economical use of the wood. Original steel screws are sunk in wells to affix the apron to the top, two original corner blocks securing the rear corners of the frame. For any collector of fine English antiques. But also for anyone with a classical home looking for a stunning strike point piece for a hallway, entry or living room, this is an absolutely outstanding selection. In a fine state of preservation and with a deep glowing patina under years of wax and appropriate sunlight, the table is magnetic and full of life.
