Front drawer, faux rear drawer facing in original finish and first surface. This is a notated piece from a highly respected colleagues' personal collection. Pa. inlaid period Pembroke tables are exceedingly rare. This gentlemen was a Prince of our industry and we will all miss him dearly. The proceeds of the sale of his estate was all donated to various charities. Various museums were bequeathed over 100 of his tall case clock collection. We have some amazing pieces from his estate. Some we will keep to remind us of him and other's, like here, will be offered on this sales platform. Everything is original on this Pembroke table right down to the brasses. The original finish has some blemishes on it but we make no apology or excuses for it. We could clean the surface and rub this out but that would be entirely your decision. Ours is not to touch it. We will provide provenance on this piece to its next owner. We will not to some mildly interested party. We have this authority in the case of this estate but we are not advertising his name like a K-Mart special.
