Mid Century Modern Planter Iron Pot Lamp Eames Era
For your consideration is a fantastic mid century planter lamp. The lamp is made of tubular steel or aluminum and very lightweight. But has the great look of iron work. The shade is original and has some light wear, the lacing up the side is broke in one section. The ceramic planter is not original, but the chartreuse adds just the right amount of color and texture, it does have a hairline on the bottom center, but is otherwise excellent. The lamp is tested in working condition, but the cord is fairly dried out and should be replaced. Base measures 9" deep. 7" wide, 13.5" high to harp and 24" high to finial. Planter measures 10.25" wide, 3.75" deep, 4" high. Shade measures 18" wide, 10" deep and 8.5" high. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking!

70s Tulip terrarium I am offering one of the most iconic household items from the 70s. There were few"hip" households that didn't have one of these. But few have survived. this one is one of the better examples I have found. No cracks of chips anywhere. Some scuffs but pretty nice for the most part. I wiped it down with a damp cloth. But it could use more detai led cleaning to bring out the full potential. The good news is that it came out of storage with fake flower arrangement in foam, and I'm not sure that it ever had soil and living plants in it. Mid Century Modern Bullet Planter Perhaps late 50's early 60's. Designer and maker are unknown. 6 rings on the stand 4 bullet shaped bowls Beautifully designed form. Very"space age. atomic age, or"jet age. Interesting proportions. You can configure the bowls in different places to create different effects. There are some minor scrapes and abrasions on the stands and bowls. But they do not detract from the overall appearance. The planter. Including the bowls, is 27 1/2 inches tall, 5 3/4 inches wide at the top of each bowl. Due to the fact that this needs to be shipped in a large oversize box. The shipping fee reflects the actual approximate cost of the shipping and insurance. It has been packed very carefully, with a heavy duty box and the necessary packaging materials. Up for sale is a beautiful. Rather rare, vintage Eames era mid century fiberglass bullet planter. Gorgeous parchment color. Very translucent, as you can see in the photos. A great complement to Eames, Danish modern, or any mid century home. Can be used both indoors and outdoors. Exhibits age-appropriate wear. Notably a couple of cracks along the shell and chips on the rim, as depicted. Can be reinforced with epoxy resin or something comparable. This is a very rare and unique planter. It is made of wood and the entire outside is"ridged" It sits on a pagoda style black base and the green color is like the Japanese chalkware figurine coloring. The design is engaging and has no breaks or cracks in the wood. It stands 5" tall and is roughly 16" from side to side. The"planter box area" is 4 1/2" x 6" which tapers down to roughly 4" x 5" It has the DES PATENT NO. 155J14(best I can tell) Rights Reserved and then Dexter Mahnke Inc. stamp on the bottom. Wasn't sure how to clean it up but it's still a really nice collectible.

Vintage MCI White Ceramic Sculpture Planter Eames Japan Japanese Free Ship
Hello! This is a vintage/ retro/ antique/ mid-century MCI brand sculpture/ planter. This is in mint/ perfect shape with no cracks. Dings or chips. Glossy white, perfect for any decor, even minimalist ones. I have had this for at least 10 years or more, but I'm getting rid of some of my collection to make room for other things! It does have a hole to put plants in on the top, but I've never used it for that. I've always had it up a little higher with a collection of other white ceramic pieces, so you couldn't even see the opening on the top. This is very heavy, about 3.6 pounds, and substantially made, not like the more lightweight imitation type things made these days. It is 10" in diameter, and 4" deep. tall Vng Eames Mid Century Modern Danish Aluminum floor Planter plant pot table
Very unusual mid-century modern Architectural Aluminum planter column. The planter is very tall@ 46 inches with a 9 1/2 inch opening for a pot pot. Found at an estate which looked to be a time capsule dating back to the 1960's time period. My apology- my dark clothed reflection shows in most of the pictures. It is all aluminum. Condition is very good with no dents but has blemishes overall. Still a very nice piece. The plastic pot is firm. But does have a crack which will simply require a saucer to contain the water. It will not affect the strength needed to house a plant pot. However I would not put a really heavy plant in it. Could easily be touched up with aluminum paint if you really want to. But I think the patina is really great. No repairs on the piece- all original. Thanks.

No one wanted to give up the floating style though. So designers worked to place the legs at just the right angles and make them out of wrought iron to add enough weight. This planter stays put perfectly! This style is so very appealing and planters look great next to a sofa or by a desk. There is no limit to their versatility and they add that authenticity to a mid century decor. This one is such a great size! Not too large or small and perfect to hold a good size plant! There were two makers of the finer mid century'floor to ceiling' pole lamps. Lightolier and Stiffel. That said. Stiffel actually invented the concept and theirs were the absolute best. Best designs. Best materials, and incredibly well made. They were also wildly expensive at the time. They didn't make the common'bullet cone' variety. Much more high style design. This lamp eclipses the far more common'Futura' I don't know if many were produced. Because you just don't see these. A space age modernist masterpiece. If ever there was a lamp that could be described as'functional art' this is it. A brass lamp with a removable metal cup. Where one can put a small plant(or what ... morewas common at the time. A small fake one! The pierced shade houses a normal Edison sized bulb. when you have a clear bulb installed, The radiated light is incredible. The photos shown are in a room with a 101 inch ceiling. And with all proper surviving Stiffel pole lamps. There is a rod section that can be removed to fit a lower ceiling. Speaking of which. You have to be careful when you buy a Stiffel pole lamp to make sure the extra spacer is not missing! Condition: Minor scuffs and shows age appropriate usage. The push-button switch works perfectly. No dents. As a mid century lamp lover. Selling an original 1950's 1960's plastic atomic bullet planter with black iron hairpin leg stand. Tan color with cream squiggle spaghetti lines gives this planter an Art Deco Mid Century look and fits into the Atomic Jetson's Era.
