I bought this along with other pieces, including the Adrian Pearsall signed ottoman with back I have listed, and the two pink Kagan(style? chairs listed. The two Laurel lamps pictured are not for sale in this listing but were in the same estate. The couch is in great condition. There are no stains or rips or tears. No smoke smell. Just like the pink chairs and blue ottoman I have listed, everything was well taken care of and had no issues, except for a foam problem with the blue Pearsall ottoman that I had replaced. The foam on this couch cushion is fine. Both sides of this cushion are pictured, I flipped it during photographing to show both sides are in great shape. The flowered back cushions make me really believe this is Pearsall. The couch does not detach from its base- it is all one piece, except the back frame, which is screwed into place and also, in great shape. The couch and tables measure 111.5" long x 32" deep x 31" tall from the floor to the top of the back cushion. The walnut tables, that have very minor surface scratches hardly noticeable, measure 18.5" x 30.5" Shipping will be done via freight. Because I have so any items for sale that involve shipping I ask that you seek your own shipping quote out. I would recommend Plycon first. Model 2466-C(see link below to original Craft Associates catalog listing for these chairs) These are originals and are in pretty good condition overall, one has some upholstery damage and one needs a little cleaning up on the wood frame, as displayed in photos. Gorgeous deep walnut base with soft angles. By far. The best looking Adrian Pearsall design and in my opinion, one of the finest of the mid-century- modern, simple, detailed, smart-looking. I've been told this is an Adrian Pearsall from the furniture I bought it from. I have no way to verify that it is. Those in the know can say. The price reflects this. It is in nearly perfect original condition: all the wood pieces are perfect and pristine. No scratches. Finish in perfect condition. It is structurally very sound. No sagging on the springs. No"wobbling" The frame is sturdy with no cracks or loose joints. The springs are also in great shape. The upholstery is in near perfect condition- only one small 1/2" corner fray from all these years(see photo) It is the original fabric in gold/mustard. The upholstery is original. A ... moregold, tweedy/nubby type fabric. It is free of stains and odor. The color is vibrant with no appearance of fading. With the exception of the one fray/tear on the left arm(approximately 1/2" x 1/2" it is free of rips or tears. All of the cushions have zippers. The cushion foam is in good shape for its age. It is comfortable to sit on and again for its age, relatively firm. The Pearsall-era sofa is soft and comfortable. Bonus- comes with the original pillows! It's a near complete set. Beautiful example of the Adrian Pearsall"jacks" side table. Walnut base is in great condition with very minimal wear. Which would be consistent with an item of this vintage, which has received very good care! Many of these have a dry/ scratched appearance, but this one has a very smooth ORIGINAL finish! All of the rubber glass supports are present, as are all of the plastic pads on the bottom. The glass top is original and in very good condition with NO chips and only a few lite scuffs which are always present on vintage glass top tables. This table is 100% original, and in great shape. Mid century. Danish, modern, retro- beautiful three piece mid century sectional sofa and walnut corner jax table. I have not found a label but appears to be Craft Associates, Adrian Pearsall. Original velvet fabric(see cherry pattern) in GREAT condition with no tears. Very comfortable and stylish. A 32"x32" walnut spider leg/jack corner table is also part of the set. All pieces are in great condition for their age and are very sturdy. The sofa is perfect for entertaining and can seat many people- the larger section is 102" long and the shorter section is 81" long, the dept is approximately 32" All pieces have been kept in air conditioned storage.
