I would rate 8.5-9/10. There are a few spots or smudges, nothing major, most appear as if they will clean off(see photos) but I will leave that to the new owner. Foam is in excellent condition, still soft, a rare find in these chairs. I have additional photos, please do not hesitate to ask. This particular model was done in black Naugahyde with the standard 4 star aluminum base. Includes original seat cushion. Original label present on bottom of the base. There is another label at the top of the base where it meets the seat that looks to have been painted over. I picked this chair up from the Koster estate in Toledo Ohio. An artist and World Traveler and Collector. She collected only hi-end items. This chair and ottoman could have been reupholstered because I do not see any makers tags anymore. The chair is in great condition and adjusts to 2 positions, up and reclined. The Beech wood frame is in great original vintage condition. The fabric is a mint green and slightly faded and could use a cleaning. The pillow headrest has sun discoloration. I would use the chair without the headrest pillow. Look at the pictures as part of the description and ask questions. The chair measurements are 40 inches tall by 29 inches wide at the armrest and the seat height is 14 inches off the floor. The ottoman is 19 by 25 by 14 inches tall. Other than that. It is a near twin. It was made by Moreddi. Or should I say made FOR Moreddi, which I believe was a firm that had designs made for them which they sold under their name Nicely marked. Marked DANMARK. Which means it is earlier, probably 1950's. I do find it weird that this was being produced CONTEMPORANEOUSLY to the Fritz Hansen table. In Denmark and is so very very similar. Interesting. Overall in very good shade. There is one nicely done repair at the top of one leg(pictured) Pretty hard to see but could use a little bee's wax or somesuch to even out the tone. The picture is WITH A FLASH. In natural light the repair is ... moremuch harder to see. Top is great. Base is otherwise in excellent shape. So. Ca. 1950's Fritz Hansen mid-century bentwood chair. The wood, I believe, is teak although it looks like it has been polished and it is a bit darker in color than the natural lighter teak. The chair is mostly in excellent to near mint condition. However there was a chip in the upper left corner(as you face the chair) I filled it and tried to match the color. And it came out fair/good. In any event take a close look at the close-up photo to see how it looks. The rest, including the brushed chrome legs, is in EX/NM condition.no visible scratches or other dings, etc. The chair is about 30" tall. The seat height is 17-1/2" The width is 19" across the back and 18" across ... morethe seat. The legs are on 17" centers when measured across and 18" centers when measured front to back. Fritz Hansen Mid Century Modern Bentwood Teak Chairs (4)
Here is a very cool set of Fritz Hansen teak bentwood chairs from the 60's. I have not seen this design. It is one of the most interesting iterations that I've seen. Wood make Moma proud. Anyway the condition of the bentwood is good but there are some stains and chips viisble in photos. The chrome on the legs shows signs of surface rust but should clean up well. 0 of the 16 rubber foot covers are missing and a few of the foam bushings under the chairs have shrunken with age and are less snug than original. Otherwise these are restorable vintage classics from a bygone era.

This is a huge Pantonova sofa by Verner Panton from Fritz Hansen. There are 20 pieces altogether. Its approx. 42' in length. It's been in storage for quite some time. So yes it's dirty. The foam is a bit thin and should be replaced to make it comfortable. I probably would have it recovered as the brown fabric is showing its age. Chrome seems to be in good shape but will need to be cleaned and polished. There are a few weld breaks on some of the bases as well. I don't think I've ever seen a Pantonova this big on the market ever. It was used in a bank lobby for many years back in the 70's and 80's. This is a local pick up item as it's huge and heavy. I am selling my 50th anniversary Swan chair from Fritz Hansen by Arne Jacobsen. The anniversary edition was released in 2008 to commemorate this iconic piece of mid-century Danish furniture. I am the first owner and only received the chair in September 2012. The chair was purchased in Australia and has since moved with me to San Diego. California, USA. It has just arrived here in San Diego and I do not have a good place for it in my new home and am therefore looking to sell it. It was in my home in Australia for only 6 months during which time it was used very sparingly and with great care, which is why it is in absolutely perfect condition. The chair retailed for $17.689 in Australia and I believe was one of the very last ones available for sale to its first owner. There was only 1958 total 50th anniversary Swan chairs produced(to honor ... morethe year of its original release) and each is numbered(shown on the silver bracelet circling its base. Mine is number 382 of 1958. Its ownership is registered with Fritz Hansen on their website, which will be transferred to the seller, along with its red official identification card, upon purchase. The leather color as well as the base finish are unique to the anniversary edition- this is not your typical white leather Swan. This is a very fun set of 3 original Danish Arne Jacobsen Ant Chairs made in 1967 by Fritz Hansen. These chairs are identical other than color and only the white one has the marked bottom plastic cover. The chairs may have been repainted but the peacock blue color seems to have been available. I just acquired them and do not know their history. The legs have been rubbed out and are pretty clean there is minor very shallow surface rust on the legs under the seats. This chair was produced in many colors and was even featured on a postage stamp in Denmark. Local pick up ore delivery in San Jose is ok. I intend to ship these assembled via Greyhound which will not deliver to your door but to the nearest depot based on your mailing zip code where you need pick them up from there.

The middle of the metal bottom is marked made in Denmark. It has no Fritz Hansen label but I am confident it's an early Arne Jacobsen design. It measures 17 1/2" tall by roughly 13" in diameter. Amazing set of three signed Fritz Hansen Arne Jacobsen three legged dot stools- made in Denmark. These work perfect as plant stands. Ottomans, stools, side tables or whatever else you might dream up. Signed vintage examples like this set are hard to come upon. Many of the supposed Jacobsen stools are just in his style and not signed FH. They also are often drilled through the seat. They show a warm patina with beautiful wear from age- some chips to the wood as pictured. Does not detract from the beauty of these simple stools. Buyer may wish to refinish them but it isn't necessary- I gave them a coat of oil and they shine like new. Minor pitting to the metal legs. Dot stools pair. Made in Denmark. Beautiful finish on top. Teak it think. 17 1/2 inches tallat the lip of the stool. When it is upside down and measure I get bout 18 inches due to the curve of the top. Tops of stools are 13 inches diameter. Shipping to lower 48 states. Up for auction is this Fantastic Vintage. Mid Century Modern Sevener Swivel Desk Task Chair on Castors designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen, Denmark. Comprised of beautifully grained teak plywood, chrome and steel, this wonderful, height adjustable chair swivels with ease atop a rolling base. This chair is in great vintage condition, with age-related wear to the wood in the form of seat wear/fading from use and a few minor nicks/scratches. the largest scratch is faint, narrow/thin, and measures 2" long, located on the back of the chair.
