2 x Old kris keris Kriss Tombak jimat spear magic dagger amulet blade dukun
set of 2 times Indonesian keris(kris) Tombak with strange blade. I'm selling a collection of old Indonesia goods. Mainly weapons and statues. This one was labelled"set Tombak Kanil dukun kris(Java) so I assume its origin is Java-Indoensia. I found on the internet about kanil: About history of the blades. IMHO, it should be considered as"added value" In Kraton, the history would be important, but only after the blades qualify for"pusaka qualities" as I describes before. As I've been told by the"abdi dalem pusaka" all the kraton pusaka have best iron and steel possible at the time it was made, including the Kyai Klerek, which was belongs to Prince Mangkubumi's servant/soldier. This dapur cacing kanil lance suffered a little chipping on his point while he pierced Clereq's armour. for information, ... moreKyai Klerek named after Major Clereq, a Dutch officer which was killed by this lance, ca. 18 C. Other example is Kyai Mangunoneng, a sword, pedang suduk pamor tambal, which was belong to Tumenggung Mangunoneng, a considered rebellious Tumenggung. This sword was used by Prince Mangkubumi/ Sultan Hamengkubuwono I to kill his own master, as a warning to any rebels. Now it is always carried by women servant on ceremonies involving the sultan in his full formal-dressing. Kanjeng Kyai Kopek, the most honoured keris in heirlooms array of Kraton Jogjakarta, in fact, was a gift from Sunan Pakubuwono III on Sultan Hamengkubuwono I coronation. It is said that KKA Kopek was belongs to Sunan Kalijaga, and hence, symbolize the unity between the Ulama(religion leader) and Umaro(the goverment/king) You may see the picture of KKA Kopek and others in"Jogja Heritage" the official book of Kraton Jogjakarta I found on the internet about: Dukun: A dukun is an Indonesian-Malay term for shaman. In Malaysia. They are often referred to as bomoh. But dukun is the more ancient term[ citation needed] Their societal role is that of a traditional healer. Spirit medium. Custom and tradition expe

Indonesian keris Spear(kris tombak) I'm selling a collection of old Indonesia goods. Mainly weapons and statues. This one was labelled"Betok Tombak" I think its origin is Indoensia. Old kris keris Kriss Kujang Tombak betok Spear magic KUDI dagger amulet dukun
Indonesian keris Kujang Spear(kris kudi) I'm selling a collection of old Indonesia goods. Mainly weapons and statues. This one was labelled"Indische Kujang" I think its origin is Indoensia. I found on the internet about Kujang(kudi) spear: Kujang-the Talismanic Sickle There is a unique weapon that originates in Western Java. In the Pasundan(Sundanese) region. This weapon is called"kujang, pron. koo-jaang. Lacking the proper English equivalent for this we have used the term, sickle, eventhough its form somewhat deviates from the true shape of a sickle. Neither does it resemble the"scimitar" which curves convexly. In Indonesian a sickle is actually called"chelurit. The Javanese living in the eastern half of the Java island refers to the kujang as"kudi. To those who are uninformed, the indigenous people ... moreof the island of Java are not all"Javanese. The western part of the island is populated by a major ethnic group called"Sundanese. The kujang is the sole monument of the city of Bogor here in Indonesia. The kujang is filled with mysteries. It is said that it carries within its form a magickal force with a mystical purpose. Embodied within its original figure lied the philosophy of the ancient Sundanese with its Hindu heritage. It is evident from the foregoing that this mystic blade was created to be more of a talisman. A symbolical objet d'art, rather than a weapon. This is especially so regarded in contemporary times. The original creation of the kujang was actually inspired by a utensil used in farming. This utensil was widely used in the 4th to 7th centuries AD. The newly created kujang differed slightly from the tilling implements fashioned by the famed blacksmiths. Mpu Windusarpo, Mpu Ramayadi, and Mpu Mercukundo, as can be seen in the local museums. It was only in the 9th to 12th century that the form of the kujang took the shape that we are so familiar with today. In the year 1170 there was a change in the kujang. Its value as an amulet or talisman was gradua
