This is a unique and fantastic looking item. Antique cast iron Sun Ray finial stove top. This measures 14 1/2 x 16 1/2 x 8 inches. It is in very good condition considering its age. It has obvious rust as seen in the photo which gives it great patina! I do not see any types of cracks or major damage to the cast iron. This displays exquisitely and would make a great decorative or architectural piece. The words Sun Ray are very visible on the top of the piece. This listing features an old. Solid cast iron bird finial. I believe it was on a gate or fence since it has a threaded post on the end. It is painted white and there is the usual weather wear to the paint with some rusting as shown. I think it is wonderful. There is still some threading left on the post. The bird measures 3 1/2" tall and is 3 1/2" wide. The threaded post is 1/4" long and 1/8" in diameter. It is heavy weighing over 1 pound unpacked. Too sweet! The collar(my term) stands 12" tall. The bottom is open. These may or may not have been attached together on the same street lamp. Sometimes. The finial is on the very top, and the collar could be lower on the pole. Both pieces are untouched as far as finish Believed to have come from a street lamp dating to early 1900's. Up for auction/sale is this antique original lamp finial. This one has a very unique design. It resembles the Fleur de Lis and has a gothic look. The filigree work on this one is quite impressive. The finial has a layer of old paint which is wearing and cracking off due to age. The piece itself is solid. Strong, and completely intact. Please see photos for items condition. Antique Cast Iron Acorn Finial Screwed Into Brass Cap
This antique finial has lost surface detail and is crusted with pitting. It has a lot of surface roughness. It was salvaged before being destroyed after decades of sitting in the weather. It is a primitive cast iron item. It measures 3 inches tall from the tip to the ring around the bottom above the threads. It has very fine threads where it is screwed into the brass cap. They do screw apart despite their age. The second. Third and forth photos show all 3 sides of the finial. Some of the roughness may brush out with a wire brush, but I am not sure. Antique Cast Iron Metal Lamp Finial With Old Paint Beautiful!
Gorgeous old lamp finial. Appears to be cast iron with buttery yellow/gold old paint. There's a nut inside that grips an old brass extension piece so the upper part can detach from the lower brass part. The painted finial is open at the top so not sure if it had a top but on a taller lamp or floor lamp, you wouldn't look down in to it. See all photos! It has that great antique look with some chipping of the original paint. Otherwise in great condition! Finial with brass extender measures 4" long.

RARE SET OF 4 ANTIQUE CAST WROUGHT IRON FINIAL FENCE AWNING SPIKES SPEARS SET OF 4 RARE. EACH FINIAL IS 8 3/4" TALL AND IS IN TWO PARTS- THE BASE AND THE SPIKE. THE TOP SPIKE/ SPEAR IS 6 3/4" LONG X 2" X 2" WIDE AT THE BASE. EACH SPIKE IS THREADED FOR A 3/8" IN DIAMETER SCREW. THE BASE PART OF THE FINIAL IS 3 1/4" WIDE AT THE BOTTOM X 2" TALL. THESE FOUR FINIALS ARE VERY OLD AND HEAVY. WEIGHT IS ABOUT 18.5 LBS. ALL HAVE OLD GREEN PAINT AND HAVE BEEN IN STORAGE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED OR CLEANED.
