Up for auction, Simply beautiful Vintage ART DECO Style and Era Bronzed Resin NUDE Lady Lamp Finial. The material is not a metal. But it is hard to the touch. I listed it as synthetic, I'm guessing some sort of hard resin material. It is painted to look identical to a bronzed metal look. The threads are on the bottom and are"male" or opposite what one would normally find. You can use it as is for your Lamp. Or remove the threaded part and use as you would like.a small statue to adorn a vanity, mirror, or mantle. The condition is very nice with no damage. No repairs. Antique Pair 2 of Acorn or Pinecone Brass Bronze Newel Post Cap Finials Germany
This pair is 3 1/2" high. not counting the screw) 2 1/2" across center, 6 3/4" around middle of acorn or pinecone. Screw is 1 1/4" all the way into the cap, about 1" extends beyond edge of cap. Marked Germany on each. They weigh 9.5oz each. Solid brass or bronze, a magnet does not stick, but it does to the screw part. There is some rust on the underside as shown. These would have many uses, great on a newel post, or a broken pediment on a secretary or chest or bed, on the top of bed posts. The possibilities are endless. I don't really know what to call them, acorns, pinecones, pineapples, or artichokes. LOL just threw that last one in for laughs. Just drill a pilot hole and screw it in. Antique vintage bronze finial topper clock? lamp?
about 5 1/2" tall. 4 1/4" wide and the screw hole is about 1/2" i'm not sure if it went to a clock or a lamp or maybe acted as a handle of some sort. obviously it has age. i dont see why it wouldn't clean up well but i do not like to clean items like this because some people prefer the original condition. likewise, if you intend to clean it. that is on you. i'm not saying you can or should clean it so if you need to take it to a professional to get it cleaned, dont expect me to pay for that. while i'm open to offers. I do know the price of scrap metal and i can scrap items myself if i wanted to. but unless this was thrown into a wood chipper i'm not scrapping it. and maybe not even then

Antique brass or bronze figural finial in the shape of a man with a musket.dating to around the turn of the century. This old figural finial has a screw protruding from one leg. And on its' back there is a plate with one screw hole- and a second screw hole is below the plate. This finial would have been secured to some object by means of these three screws.maybe a clock or some other object. It measures 5 1/2" high. The detail is amazing for what it is and how old it is. The man's dress is perhaps 1700s or 1800s.the hair is worn long with a hat. He wears a coat. A kerchief or neck cloth, and high boots. He has a musket at his side.perhaps French or English? Condition is good(graded on a scale of poor. Fair, good, very good, and excellent) The plate on the backside has a crack on two sides, however it's very secure and not ... morea bit loose. Offered is this antique finial. Curtain tieback, that is stamped with a Gold Crown. It definately appears to be from the 1800's. This belonged to a family member that acquired many beautiful antiques from the 1800's. The patinated bronze medallian contains the chariot theme with a cherub and 2 lions. The deep green glass is free of any cracks or chips.but the gold trim design is worn! A very large finial that measures 9" long x 7 1/2" wide at base. Since my grandmother passed away and we are tasked with closing out the estate. Antique Architectural Brass Bronze Bird Flag Lamp Finial Eagle
Up for sale is an antique flag or lamp finial recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area. It is found in good to very good used condition. It is either bronze or brass and appears to be a eagle in flight. There is a small mount hole near the back of the tail and a screw mount on the belly area. Please see the photos for details. It is not signed. This finial measures approximately 3" x 2" x 1 1/2" in size. It has wonderful patina throughout. This is a very nice form, a Federal eagle style, very nice and quite unusual. Group of Four Antique Eagle Finials Up for your consideration is this group of antique eagle finials. These are not magnetic. Probably brass or bronze. Each measures about 4" tall without the screw, each one has wings spread, head turned right, three are perched on a ball, on with a screw, one is missing legs and ball. After taking some pictures, it looks like two were soldered at the legs near the body possibly to reattach or make sure they were secured correctly which they are. I am not sure if these were architectural pieces or for flag toppers. Very nice details in all of them, probably 19th century. Some tarnishing slightly. Wing span is 3" I will combine shipping!
