ANTIQUE VINTAGE ART DECO NUDE LADY WOMAN GIRL BRONZE LAMP FINIAL STATUE FIGURE
Up for auction, Simply beautiful Vintage ART DECO Style and Era Bronzed Resin NUDE Lady Lamp Finial. The material is not a metal. But it is hard to the touch. I listed it as synthetic, I'm guessing some sort of hard resin material. It is painted to look identical to a bronzed metal look. The threads are on the bottom and are"male" or opposite what one would normally find. You can use it as is for your Lamp. Or remove the threaded part and use as you would like.a small statue to adorn a vanity, mirror, or mantle. The condition is very nice with no damage. No repairs. Beautiful. 8" antique flame or torch architectural, fireplace or fence finial with a hollow 2 1/2" square base. I'm fairly certain that it is made of brass, which would lead one to believe it has to do with a fireplace. As you see it has a beautiful patina and where it is worn on the edges you can see the brass color coming through. This would make a beautiful, unique decorative piece. The weight is 3 1/2 lbs. To me it has an Art Deco style, though it may be much older as it came from a country estate and had been stored away in an old farmhouse for many years. Large 10.75 in. cast iron finial art deco steampunk gothic architectural salvage
A fantastic and unique antique piece- like something from Gotham City; Original silver.gray paint- has some loss and light rust areas- but sooo cool. Screw hole a little under 1/2 inch.
