This fantastic oak dresser is in nice condition in a medium oak stain finish. It has two small concave front drawers on the top and a large bow front drawer in the base for plenty of storage. The Victorian dresser has cabriole carved columns coming down into a detail claw foot, panel sides, multi-molded rolled front above the drawers, carved yolks that hold up the mirror.

It is unfortunate that I have to picture this magnificent dresser vanity in my garage. There is so much clutter that it distracts greatly from this beautiful piece of furniture. Understand that it is for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. It is one of the most magnificent pieces of furniture that you will ever find. The marble is a little pitted but can easily be filled in with some acrylic. This came from a large antique estate in Lenox Mass. When one looks at this dresser they are able to see the time and detail these craftsman put into this piece. The bowfront design is supported by the corners which turn into claw feet legs. The legs are wheeled which allows for easy movement. Two half drawers over four full drawers gives ample space for anything you need. The drawers also feature hand carved dovetails. The mirror attached to this dresser has a very antique feel to it. Antique Eastlake Dresser This is an Eastlake style antique dresser. We believe it is composed of walnut with a medium-tone finish. It has been finished with a lovely marble surface and a large mirror top. The mirror has a beautiful and ornate carved design. Three large drawers sit below the marble surface. The drawers have dovetailed construction. All of the drawers are 33" wide and 14" deep. The top drawers is 6 1/8" tall. The middle is 7" tall and the bottom is 8 1/2" tall. The entire set-up measures 86" in height. It is 41 3/4" at the widest point. And 17 3/4" deep. It weighs approximately 177 pounds. The exposed marble surface measures 40 7/8" by 13 3/4" This is in great. Antique condition overall with some general signs of age and use. There are no visible cracks or repairs. There are ... morea few chips along the dresser edge. It appears as though there was originally a crown as well as a pair of candle holder arms. These pieces are no longer included. The mirror may be a replacement, since it is not beveled, but it is still a lovely match. There is a slight separation in the joint at the top of the mirror arch. I see a few very faint paint splatters on the dresser. There are minor imperfections, such as scratches or spots of wear, which I believe should be expected on a piece of this age. For your consideration we have a ca. 1850 American bureau. I purchased this about 12 years ago from an antique dealer who bought it from an elderly descendant of the original builder. May be made of chestnut. But I am not certain of this. Good condition overall, shows honest wear and patina, I believe the finish is original and untouched. Several scuffs and other marks, please refer to the images. Handles are original, small wheels were added to the bottom and are not original. All drawers open smoothly but one needs a little lift to close, I've chosen not to correct this to maintain its original charm. The two large working drawers, which are hand dovetailed and pine lined, feature the Victorian brass drawer knobs. The dresser stands on the barley twist shaped legs with connecting stretchers to the back legs for added strength. The backboards, inset side panels and drawer linings are constructed of solid pine. This item features a mid-brown oak colour. It has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. Circa 1870, originating from England. The top of the dresser features a dark rich oak two-plank top. Below, there is a central ... morebank of four working drawers. Flanking this, is a cupboard either side with an additional drawer above. Inside the cupboards the shelves are removable; just in case you need to store larger items. The dresser features the original solid brass escutcheons with swan neck handles. The two cupboard doors feature working locks and a key. The dresser stands on its original Georgian style bracket feet. The original backboards are constructed of pine, which is typical for a dresser of this style. As this item boasts the original polish. It has a good colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and the years of care and cleaning they have received. Selling the antique 4-Drawer Walnut Empire/ Federal Dresser with Tiger Maple Inlay& Walnut veneer front c. mid 1800s. All drawers are dove tailed and have glass knobs(except the blanket drawer which has grooves on the bottom where you pull it open) The dresser measures approx 45" high x 42" wide x 22" deep. A few small pieces of veneer are missing and one small area of veneer is buckled. The front right foot has a cosmetic crack. Overall. A very nice looking antique piece of furniture.
