Beautiful blanket chest features a front panel of pine that is a single cut- this size cut-pine probably can no longer be found. Likely dates to the 1700's. With lift top and two lower drawers. It is a warm-toned and handsome piece. Replacing hardware would improve its look. Top lift panel was damaged in a move and professionally repaired. Finish has not been touched. Early 19th Century Large Chest of Drawers. Pine, Pre-Civil War, Dove Tailed. Perhaps the largest chest of drawers that I have ever seen. An amazing piece. This looks as if it would have fit well in a castle- but seriously is a very large and unusual piece. Circa around 1840, pre-civil war, is made of pine with a dark reddish-colored stain. Measures 58.5 inches wide, 25 inches deep and 64.5 inches tall. Has huge drawers for lots of great storage, each drawer is about 10 inches tall. Looks to be all hand carved, dove tailed, awesome pulls. Not sure if hardware is original but the hardware is some seriously nice hardware. Please see photos for description. Fantastic antique New Hampshire Chippendale chest of drawers. Constructed from pine. This piece has been stained a beautiful deep reddish brown tone. The chest has five graduated doors, each with sturdy dovetail construction and brass willow mount pulls and escutcheons. The chest has a classic overhanging molded top, which is balance my simple bracketed feet at the piece's base. This chest probably dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. Overall. Beautiful antique pine three-drawer chest with original hardware and in perfect working condition(recently waxed and cleaned) This piece has a"female" match in one of my other listings. Circa 1860-1870 this piece was acquired from a design client who has held them in her family for generations. She used them in a guest bedroom so they are barely used and in great condition. Beautiful Huge Pine Chest
Beautiful solid pine chest in excellent condition. Two designer friends tell me it is solid pine but I don't know for sure. It is solid and very heavy. It measures 7 feet long, 5 feet high, and 2 feet wide. The top lips off to get it out the door. Just under the lid there are two drawers measuring 6" by 25" each. It has two front opening doors measuring 2ft by 3ft each. Inside there is one shelf running the length of the chest. I don't use it for an entertainment center but it could easily be transformed into one. One of a kind, truly hard to part with. Call, email me or text with questions. Make me an offer!

We've owned this fine chest of drawers for many years but our tastes have changed so we decided to sell it. The original paint is amazing on this black cottage pine chest of drawers with matching mirror. Hand painted designs of gold and a deep brown colors make it very special. The two upper drawers also come in very handy for storage. It's very ornate and pretty. Condition: pretty good. Used condition for a 100+ year old chest of drawers. Wear to paint from use that includes fading in places. Chipping, crazing. Water marks etc. Some scuffs. Chips and wear in general to the chest. All common from years of use.
