It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern ... moreabove the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. On the back of the hooks is 1908 I was told that the 1908 refers to the patent number. We took the hook off to authenticate the age of this piece, it is over 150 yrs old. Because of the weight and size of this item it can be picked up, or buyer must arrange their own shipping. The base does not have the lift up seat. The drip pan is not original, but works very well. Antique Oak Hall Tree w. Beveled Mirror, circa 1900
This is a very unusual hall tree. I have never seen one quite like it. There are flat grooved columns on each side with hooks at top, they are connected to back with a shelf. Applied carving adorns the crest with hook on each side. Instead of the typical lift up lid there is a large drawer at the bottom w. brass handle pull. on the left side behind column is an umbrella holder with original drip pan. The shaped beveled mirror is original, hence there are a few spots and streaks, but doesn't detract from the looks. Total width, including umbrella holder, is 39" depth is 18" height is 80-1/2" We have not refinished this hall tree, the finish appears to be original and is quite good, the piece is structurally strong as well. up for consideration is a large carved quarter sawn oak hall tree. The piece measures 93 inches high or 7 feet 9 inches by 16 1/2 inches deep by 57 1/2 inches wide. Please read above for condition. The piece is characterized as having Hand carved scrolling work along the top and throughout with what looks like a horse shoe type motif in the center above the seat. I has hidden umbrella and cane stand with original old pan on the bottom. For your consideration, this Fancy American Victorian Solid Oak Hall Tree with Carved Crown, Original Beveled Mirror and Makers Label(Circa: 1905) This beautiful Victorian Solid Oak Hall Tree weighs approximately 80 pounds and measures 79 ¾” in height, 35 ¼” in width, and 17” in depth. The measurement from the floor to the top of the seat is 17 ½” The dimensions of the original Beveled Mirror section on the Hall Tree are 23 ¼” in height and 17 ½” in width. Portions of the Maker’s paper label are found on the back and reads“The Kernersville Furniture Manufacturing Company, Kernersville, NC” The top of this lovely hall tree can and should be removed from the base for transport. Antique Oak Hall Tree Blue Woflhound Borzoi Tile Mirror Glove Box Drip Pans
Late aesthetic style oak hall tree. Measures 74" tall. 30" wide, 12" deep. Beveled mirror measures about 7"x10" Embellished with two blue ceramic tiles featuring a dog's head, perhaps a wolfhound. These are quite lovely, and in excellent condition. Unfortunately their backs are securely covered with wood, so unable to determine markings, if any. Measure about 7.5" square. Overall in very good condition, sturdy and firm. May have been stained with a darker stain at one time, for there are some nicks and missing bits on a few of the spindles, and the wood does not show as raw. There are some flaws. There is a crack in the bottom of the glove box; this does not show of course. The bottom shelf holding the drip pans has been replaced, and not with oak, but with something that appears to be walnut. It has been ... morestained to match, and is not terribly obtrusive, but it definitely is not original. The drip pans themselves each have a hole or two in them, could be repaired of course. This is a gorgeous Vintage Victorian Spoon Carved Oak Beveled Mirror Hat Rack Hanging Hall Tree. In extremely good condition for its age! Has beautiful detailing throughout. I love the spoon carved details that circle the mirror. They really set this piece off! Gorgeous brass hanging hooks. Beveled mirror. Easy to hang! Antique solid oak hall tree. Cowboy set. Has hinged adjustable mirror 18-3/4" long by 13" wide with arched top. Above mirror on each side are shelves to hold candles or oil/kerosene lamps. Under the shelves are rotating 3-hook hangers for ties, and about a foot down from this on both outside walls are hangers for belts. Also on both sides of the mirror and below the mirror are 3 large double curved hangers for hats or clothes. Has a hinged seat with storage underneath. Has towel bar on both sides.
