It is in excellent condition for it's age with little wear to the finish and no breaks or repairs. It does have some light scuffs and scratches but nothing you would not expect for a piece this age. It still has it's original drip pan made from metal. The piece measures 27 inches tall. 15 inches wide and 9 inches deep. Made of beautiful sturdy tiger oak. Measures 75 inches tall, 26 inches across the widest part of the mirror. The mirror itself is 19 1/2 inches in diameter. The bench is 18 inches tall and 25 1/2 inches across. The bench raises up to reveal a storage area. Old Mission Style Hall Tree/ Coat Tree/ Umbrella Stand Oak Up for auction is a lovely old hall tree. The wood is oak. It has 2 umbrella holders. 6 hooks, one enclosed cabinet, and a shelf. I am not sure if the backboard(thinner) wood is oak. The dimensions are: 70" tall 27" wide 11" deep 7" wide umbrella opening. 6" wide at the bottom. The oak framework pieces for the umbrella section are 1 1/4" wide on top, and 2 1/4" wide at the bottom. The short shelf is 11" long x 3" deep Enclosed cabinet is 25" tall x 10" wide x 10" deep Small head nails used throughout. Please note: I do not think that the hooks are original to the piece. And multiple holes have been drilled over the years. The diamond shaped area was for a mirror, but I do not have the mirror. There are 8 original holes to ... morehold the mirror. There are 5 additional holes drilled into the backboard area that are not original. The enclosed cabinet has one shelf but only has only one support piece so the shelf is not installed. Some wear and tear on the bottom of the legs. At the curved top of the unit(a separate piece) that is held in by a groove, there is a bit of damage to the wood. Only a few deep scratches. It has drip pans on both sides, a glove drawer under the top, a backsplash on the top and storage under the drawer. It has the neat wooden molding that gives it an Art Deco flair along with the drawer& door pulls. This one is in overall good condition. It is made out of Oak and Oak veneers. This hall- umbrella stand is not new or a reproductions, it been around quite a while and have just got"off the boat" from England less than 2 weeks ago. It is 28 7/8" wide. 13" deep and about 32" tall to the top of the backsplash. The drawer is 13 7/8" wide X 11" and 2 1/8" deep. The door on the cabinet is 13 7/8" wide and 20 7/8" tall.
